Abstract

무기염류의 결정물, 또는, 재결정물이 실온근방에서의 온도상승에 의해 용매인 물에 용해되어 가는 때에 생기는 흡열을 이용한 냉열제이며, ① 인산나트륨염류와, ② 인산암모늄나트륨, 또는 인산암모늄염류와, ③ 물과를 혼합해서된 냉열제이다.
본 발명의 냉열제는 인산나트륨계 염류와 인산암모늄계의 염류와를 병용한 것이며, 종래의 기술의 결점이 있든 결정의 결정의 괴상화가 방지되고, 다수회의 반복시용이 가능하게 되었다.
또, 결정핵 형성제나 고분자보수제 증점제등을 첨가한 경우에는 다시 또 미세하고, 안정된 결정석출상태가 유지되도록 되였다.
따라서, 본 냉열제를 청량베개등에 응용하므로서 우수한 냉각성능을 보유함과 동시에 부드럽고 감촉이 양호하고, 쾌적 또한 안전하고, 더구나 장시간 방치해도 결정이 괴상화 하는 일이 없고 항상 안심하고 반복사용하는 것이 가능해 졌다.

Claims (5)

  1. 무기염류의 결정물이 실온근방에서의 온도상승에 의해 용매인 물에 용해되어 가는 때에 생기는 흡열을 이용한 냉열제에 있어서, ① 인산나트륨염류와, ② 인산암모늄나트륨, 또는 인산암모늄염류와, ③ 물과를 혼합해서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉열제.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 인산나트륨염류가 인산수소 2 나트륨, 인산 2 수소나트륨, 인산 3 나트륨 및 이들의 수화물로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉열제.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 인산암모늄나트륨염류, 또는, 인산암모늄염류가 인산수소암모늄나트륨, 인산수소 2 암모늄, 인산2 수소암모늄, 인산암모늄 및 이들의 수화물로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉열제.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 냉열제중에 포함되는 Na와 NH4기와의 비율(Na/NH4)이 몰비로 1 : 5~5 : 1이며, 또한, PO4기 1몰에 대한 Na와 NH4기의 합계몰비[(Na+NH4)/PO4]가 1 : 1.5~1 : 2.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉열제.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중의 어느한항에 기재된 냉열제를 합성수지제 주머니에 밀봉해서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 청량베개.
