Abstract
무기염류의 결정물, 또는, 재결정물이 실온근방에서의 온도상승에 의해 용매인 물에 용해되어 가는 때에 생기는 흡열을 이용한 냉열제이며, ① 인산나트륨염류와, ② 인산암모늄나트륨, 또는 인산암모늄염류와, ③ 물과를 혼합해서된 냉열제이다.
본 발명의 냉열제는 인산나트륨계 염류와 인산암모늄계의 염류와를 병용한 것이며, 종래의 기술의 결점이 있든 결정의 결정의 괴상화가 방지되고, 다수회의 반복시용이 가능하게 되었다.
또, 결정핵 형성제나 고분자보수제 증점제등을 첨가한 경우에는 다시 또 미세하고, 안정된 결정석출상태가 유지되도록 되였다.
따라서, 본 냉열제를 청량베개등에 응용하므로서 우수한 냉각성능을 보유함과 동시에 부드럽고 감촉이 양호하고, 쾌적 또한 안전하고, 더구나 장시간 방치해도 결정이 괴상화 하는 일이 없고 항상 안심하고 반복사용하는 것이 가능해 졌다.

Claims (5)
- 무기염류의 결정물이 실온근방에서의 온도상승에 의해 용매인 물에 용해되어 가는 때에 생기는 흡열을 이용한 냉열제에 있어서, ① 인산나트륨염류와, ② 인산암모늄나트륨, 또는 인산암모늄염류와, ③ 물과를 혼합해서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉열제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 인산나트륨염류가 인산수소 2 나트륨, 인산 2 수소나트륨, 인산 3 나트륨 및 이들의 수화물로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉열제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 인산암모늄나트륨염류, 또는, 인산암모늄염류가 인산수소암모늄나트륨, 인산수소 2 암모늄, 인산2 수소암모늄, 인산암모늄 및 이들의 수화물로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉열제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 냉열제중에 포함되는 Na와 NH4기와의 비율(Na/NH4)이 몰비로 1 : 5~5 : 1이며, 또한, PO4기 1몰에 대한 Na와 NH4기의 합계몰비[(Na+NH4)/PO4]가 1 : 1.5~1 : 2.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉열제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중의 어느한항에 기재된 냉열제를 합성수지제 주머니에 밀봉해서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 청량베개.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
