Abstract

콘베이어상으로 이송된 감긴 바아형 반죽물의 시임부 마감 장치는 콘베이어 위에 교차 장착된 한쌍의 직립 원추형 롤러를 포함하며, 반죽물이 상기 롤러 사이를 이동하도록 제조된다.
상기 간단한 기구는 양질의 비아형 제품을 자동적으로 제공하는 것을 용이하게 한다.

제 1 도는 본 발명의 시임부 마감 장치를 이용한 바아형 반죽조각물을 생산하기 위한 장치를 도시한 사시도, 제 2 도 내지 제 4 도는 본 발명에 의한 제 1 실시예의 시임부 마감 공정을 도시한 원추형 롤러의 정면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 콘베이어상에 이송된 반죽 시트로부터 바아형 반죽물을 제조하기 위한 장치에서 감음 장치에 의해 그의 한 측면으로부터 감겨진 반죽물의 시임부를 마감하는 장치에 있어서, 한쌍의 원추형 롤러는 수직으로 위치된 축을 가지며 콘베이어 위에와 감음 장치 하류측에 위치하도록 프레임에 대해 회전 가능하게 고정되며, 상기 롤러들은 서로 마주보면서 하류 방향으로 회전하며 또한 그들 사이에 이송된 반죽물을 가압하는 위치 관계로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤 반죽물의 시임부 마감 장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 각각의 원추형 롤러는 다른 경사각을 갖는 다수의 경사면을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤 반죽물의 시임부 마감 장치.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 각각의 원추형 롤러는 그의 기저부가 콘베이어와 대향하도록 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤 반죽물의 시임부 마감 장치.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 수평 회전 가능한 롤러는 상기 원추형 롤러 사이를 통과하는 반죽물을 가압할 수 있는 위치에서 원추형 롤러 위에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤 반죽물의 시임부 마감 장치.
