Abstract

본 발명은 가로수보호덮개받침틀 및 수목화초보호받침틀 및 도로경계석을 제조 성형할 때 시멘트몰탈에다 각종 타일을 접착시키되, 타일의 미장면을 이형파레트로 움직임을 방지하고 보호포장시켜 가지고 증기양생하여 성형시키는 제조방법으로서 시공 설치할때는 양생된 성형물을 보조연질 파레트가 붙은 채로 현장까지 운반하여서 시공 설치한 다음 타일에 포장되어 있는 이형파레트를 제거시켜 미려한 받침틀 조형물을 제공케하여 주는 제조방법인 것이다.

제2도는 (가)(나)(다)(라)도는 본 발명으로 타일을 외부에 노출되는 부위에다 접착한 받침틀 조형물을 조립설치한 평면 상태도,
제3도는 (1)(2)(3)(4)(5)(6)도는 본 발명의 공정순서를 나타낸 측단면도로서 (1)의 제조형틀에다 (2)에 연질보조파레트(A)를 삽입하고 (3)의 파레트홈에 타일 (B)를 삽입한 다음 (4)에서 처럼 시멘트몰탈(C)를 주입하여 증기양생후 제(6)에서 처럼 탈형되는 공정을 나타낸 순서도면.

Claims (3)

  1. 고속 진동기에 철제형틀을 올려놓고 그 저면부에다 여러 가지 형태의 타일 삽입착요홈(제3도 2)을 형성시킴을 특징으로한 스치로폴이형파레트(제3도 2A)를 착설하고 이요홈에다 타일을 배열시켜 삽입한 다음 여기에다 모래 자갈 시멘트에 물을 적량첨가 혼합하여 조성한 몰탈배합물을 가득 투입하여서 이를 진동기로 초당 좌우 75싸이클 상하 50싸이클로 수회 진동압축시켜 다져진 것을 형틀채로 증기양생실로 운반시켜 섭씨 75℃에서 8시간 양생시켜 제작되는 몰탈에 타일을 접착시키는 가로수보호덮개받침틀 조형물의 제조방법.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 타일의 부착면을 몰탈 조형물의 상부 수평면부에 선택적으로 타일을 접착시켜서 제작되는 가로수보호덮개받침틀 조형물의 제조방법.
  3. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 몰탈 조형물에 접착된 타일의 미장벽부를 이형연질파레트가 보호테프 역활을 하는 가로수보호덮개받침틀 및 도로경계석의 보호테프와 그 제조방법.
