하기 식(II)로 효시되는 화합물의 글리코실화 능력을 가진 미생물을 하기 식(II)의 화합물을 함유한 영양 배지 중에서 배양시키고, 이 배양배지로부터 식 (I)의 형성된 화합물을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 하기 식 (I)로 표시되는 화합물의 제조 방법:
X1및 X2는 각각 독립적으로 수수원자, 할로겐 원자, 아미노기, 모노- 및 디-저급 알킬 아미노기, 히드록실기, 저급 알콕시기, 아르알콕시기, 카르복실기, 저급 알콕시 카르보닐기 저급 알카노일옥시기 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타내고, R은 수소원자, 아미노기, 포르말아미노기, 저급 알카노일아미노기, 모노- 또는 디-저급 알킬아미노기, 히드록실기, 저급 알콕시기, 아르알콕시기, 아르알킬기 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타낸다

Claims (6)

  1. 하기 식(II)로 표시되는 화합물의 글리코실화 능력을 가진 미생물을 가진 식(II)의 화합물을 함유한 영양배지중에서 배양시키고, 이 배양지로부터 식(I)의 형성된 화합물을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 하기 식(I)로 표시되는 화합물의 제조 방법:
    〔상기식에서, X1및 X2는 각각 독립적으로 수수원자, 할로겐 원자, 아미노기, 모노- 및 디-저급 알킬 아미노기, 히드록실기, 저급 알콕시기, 아르알콕시기, 카르복실기, 저급 알콕시 카르보닐기 저급 알카노일옥시기 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타내고, R은 수소원자, 아미노기, 포르밀아미노기, 저급 알카노일아미노기, 모노- 또는 디-저급 알킬아미노기, 히드록실기, 저급 알콕시기, 아르알콕시기, 아르알킬기 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타낸다.〕
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 글리코실화 능력을 가진 미생물이 미크로테트라스포라 (Microtetraspora), 사카로트릭스(Saccharothrix)속에 속하는 미생물 또는 이들의 변이주임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 글리코실화 능력을 가진 미생물이 미크로테트라스포라종 A 34549 균주, 사카로트릭스 에어로콜로니게네스(Saccharothrixaerocolonigenes) ATCC 39243 균주 또는 이들의 변이주임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, X1및X2가 히드록실기이고, R이 수소원자, 아미노기 또는 저급알킬기인 식(I)의 화합물이 제조되고, 하기식
    으로 표시되는 기가 글루코스 잔기임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 나탄내 식(II)의 화합물을 식(I)의 화합물로 전환시키는 능력을 가진, 미크로테트라스포라 속 또는 그의 변이주에 속하는 미생물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 미생물이 미크로테트라스포라 종 A 34549 균주 또는 그의 변이주인 미생물.
