Abstract

본 발명은 폴리우레탄 포말을 해당시켜 아민을 함유한 해당반응의 폴리올 생성물을 수득한 후 해당반응의 폴리올 생성물중의 1몰의 활성 아민 수소원자당 1몰 이하의 산화 알킬렌의 분자비로 해당반응의 폴리올 생성물과 산화 알킬렌을 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리우레탄 포말을 재생성 폴리올 조성물로 전화시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 폴리우레탄 포말의 해당반응(glycolysis)을 통해 폴리우레탄 포말을 재생성 폴리올 조성물로 전환시키는 방법에 있어서, 거의 모든 1차 아민으로 전혼시키기에 충분한 양의 산화 알킬렌과 해당반응의 폴리올 생성물을 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 해당반응의 폴리올 생성물중 1차 아민 1몰당 약 1몰의 산화 알킬렌을 반응시키는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 산화 알킬렌이 산화 에틸렌, 산화 프로필렌, 산화 부틸렌, 산화 펜텐, 산화 헥실렌, 산화 스티렌, 산화 에피클로로히드린 또는 산화 트리클로로부틸렌인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 산화 알킬렌이 산화 프로필렌인 방법.
  5. 폴리우레탄 포말의 해당반응을 통해 폴리우레탄 포말을 재생성 폴리올 조성물로 전환시킴으로서 1차 아민 및 2차 아민이 함유된 해당반응의 글리콜 생성물을 제공하는 방법에 있어서, 해당반응의 폴리올 생성물중 활성아민 수소원자 1몰당 1몰 이하의 산화 알킬렌과 해당반응의 폴리올 생성물을 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 해당반응의 폴리올 생성물중 1몰의 활성 아민 수소원자당 0.2 내지 0.8몰의 산화 알킬렌을 반응시키는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 산화 알킬렌이 산화 에틸렌, 산화 프로필렌, 산화 부틸렌, 산화 펜텐, 산화 헥실렌, 산화 스티렌, 산화 에피클로로히드린 또는 산화 트리클로로부틸렌인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 해당반응의 폴리올 생성물중 1몰의 활성 아민 수소원자당 0.4 내지 0.6몰의 산화 알킬렌을 반응시키는 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 해당반응의 폴리올 생성물중 1몰의 활성 아민 수소원자당 약 0.5 몰의 산화 알킬렌을 반응시키는 방법.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 산화 알킬렌이 산화 프로필렌인 방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 산화 알키렌이 산화 프로필렌인 방법.
  12. 폴리우레탄 포말의 해당반응을 통해 폴리우레탄 포말을 재생성 폴리올 조성물로 전환시킴으로써 1차 및 2차 아민이 함유된 해당반응의 폴리올 생성물을 제공하는 방법에 있어서, 2차 아민을 폴리우레탄 제제중에서 유효한 가교결합제로 작용하기에 충분한 양으로 유지시키면서 거의 모든 1차 아민을 2차 아민으로 전환시키기에 충분한 양의 산화프로필렌과 해당반응의 폴리올 생성물을 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 산화 프로필렌의 양이 상당량의 2차 아민을 3차 아민으로 전환 시키기에 불충분한 방법.
