Abstract

오일펌프에서 발생한 유압이 조향작동을 보조하는 동력 실린더로 전달되는 과정에서 발생한 오일의 맥동현상을 최소화하기 위하여 ; 동력 실린더의 양측단 오일 출입구에 맥동 방지수단을 설치한 자동차용 동력 조향장치.
상기한 맥동 방지수단은, 양측에 서로 통하는 포트를 형성하고 있는 하우징과, 이 하우징내에 탄성부재로 설치되어 오일의 압력에 따라 이동하는 바이패스 밸브를 포함하여 이루어지며, 이 바이패스 밸브는 중앙에 오일 배출을 위한 통로가 뚫려지고 외측면에 오일을 유입하기 위한 홈이 형성됨을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 조향기어 박스와 관로로 연결되어 오일펌프에서 생성된 유압을 전달받아 조향을 보조하는 동력 실린더를 구비한 동력 조향장치에 있어서, 상기한 동력 실린더(7)의 양측단에 오일을 압력변동을 최소화시키는 맥동 방지수단이 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 동력 조향장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 맥동 방지수단은 양측단에 관로(6)(8)와 연결되는 포트(14) 및 동력 실린더(7)와 연결되는 포트(12)를 구비한 하우징(16)과, 이 하우징(16)의 내측에 탄성부재(20)로 탄발지지되어 유압의 변동에 따라 이동하는 바이패스 밸브(24)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 동력 조향장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 바이패스 밸브(24)는 중앙에 오일 배출을 위한 통로(30)가 뚫려지고 외측면에 홈(28)이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 동력 조향장치.
