Abstract
본 발명은 신규한 다성분계 혼합산화물 촉매 조성물 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 좀 더 구체적으로, 본 발명은 파라핀계 탄화수소를 암모니아 및 산소와 반응시켜 불포화 나이트릴(unsaturated nitrile) 화합물을 제조할 수 있는 고활성, 고선택성 촉매 조성물 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)
- 프로판 암목시데이션 반응에 의한 아크릴로나이트릴 제조용 촉매 조성물 :AaBbCcDdIneGafBigMolOx상기에서, A는 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토금속, 은 또는 구리; B는 니켈, 코발트, 철, 크롬, 루테늄, 팔라듐 또는 망간 ; C는 아연, 카드뮴, 세륨, 주석, 인, 비소, 안티몬, 납, 탤륨, 게르마늄 또는 알루미늄, 및, D는 티타늄, 지르코늄. 바나듐, 노븀, 탠탤륨, 란타늄, 네오듐, 가돌리늄 또는 텅스텐이며, a,b,c,d,e,f,g 및 i는 각 성분의 몰수이고, 단, a는 0 내지 10 ; b는 0 내지 5 ; c는 0 내지 15 ; d는 0 내지 14 ; e는 0 내지 14 ; e는 0 내지 2 ; f는 0 내지 7 ; g는 1 내지 25 ; 및, i는 12 내지 40이고, 12≤a+b+c+d+e+f+g≤40 이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 조성물에 5 내지 99중량%의 Al2O3,SiO2, TiO2, MgO, SiC의 담지체를 사용하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항의 조성물을 공기나 산소중에서 소성온도 320 내지 650℃, 소성온도까지의 승온속도 15℃/분 이하의 조건으로 소성시킨 촉매 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
