Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 단시간내에 녹용의 유효성분으로 알려진 하이포크산틴(Hypoxanthine)과 갱글리오사이드(Ganglioside)를 주로 한 유효성분이 다량 함유된 녹용 엑기스의 제조방법. 이 녹용 엑기스로부터 건조 녹용 엑기스 미분말을 제조하는 방법 및 이를 이용한 건강식품이 제공된다. 상기 녹용 엑기스의 제조방법은 탈소각후, 일정한 크기로 절단한 건조 녹용에 물을 가하고 가압 추출기로 4-6시간씩 2회 추출하여 추출액을 얻고, 녹용 잔사는 초음파 추출기에 넣어 30-80%의 식용 알콜을 가하여 3-6시간 1회 추출한 후 추출액을 상기에서 얻은 추출액과 합쳐 여과한 여액을 감압농축함을 특징으로 한다. 또한 이 녹용 엑기스를 원적외선으로 녹용 엑기스 건조물의 수분이 5%이하가 되도록 건조후 마쇄기로 입도 0.04-0.3mm 크기로 마쇄하여 건조 녹용 엑기스 미분말을 제조한다. 이들 방법에 의하여 얻은 녹용 엑기스나 건조 녹용 엑기스 미분말에 건강보조 성분등을 배합하여 제조한 건강 식품도 본 발명의 범위에 속한다.According to the present invention, a method for producing an antler extract containing a large amount of an active ingredient mainly containing hypoxanthine and ganglioside, which is known as an active ingredient of antler in a short time.
