Abstract

연소기관의 폐개스 소독 내지 정화를 위한 버어너 시스템

제1도는 촉매-활동시작 가열을 위한 버어너시스템을 보이며, 제2도는 제1도로부터의 상세도이며, 제3, 4도는 제1도에 의한 실시예의 변형도이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 버어너시스템을 가지고 촉매체, 탄화수소입자(카본블랙)의 포집을 위한 필터장치 또는 연소기관의 연소공기가 연소기관의 연료에 의하여 가열되어지며, 여기서 이 버어너 시스템에게는 공기송풍기에 의하여, 특히 2차공기 송풍기에 의하여 운반된 연소공기가 준비되어지는 연소기관의 폐개스 소독 내지 정화를 위한 버어너시스템에 있어서, 연료는 연료도관(11)를 거치는 연소기관의 분사시스템으로부터 수취하며, 이 연료도관(11)에는 연료조절기(17)가 배열되어 있으며, 공기 송풍기와 버어너시스템 사이에 존재하는 연소공기도관(12,20)에는 연소공기-압력조절기(22)가 배열되어 있으며, 이것은 조회압력도관(38)을 거쳐서 버어너(3)의 연소실(6,8,9)에 지배되는 또는 연소실-폐개스도관(2)내에 지배되는 압력으로 채워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 버어너시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 연료조절기 및/또는 연소공기조절기(17및/또는 22)는 전자적으로 조절가능한 통로/힘-조절요소를 가지며 이 통로/힘-조절요소는 전자적인 제어장치(34)의 제어신호를 거쳐서 연소기관의 또는 버어너시스템의 조업매개 변수에 의존하여 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버어너시스템.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 연료 및 연소공기는 분무노즐(10)을 거쳐서 혼합물준비실(6)에로 운반되며 거기서 점화전극(28)에 의하여 인화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버어너시스템.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 준비실(6)은 출구조리개(7)를 가지고, 이 범위에서 인화가 시작되고 연소실(8)에로 계속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버어너시스템.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 연소실(8)은 연소실출구(9)를 가지며, 이 연소실출구는 폐개스 혼합연장부(4)에 접합하며 이 폐개스혼합연장부에로 연소기관 폐개스가 유입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버어너시스템.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 연소실출구(9)는 통과구멍(35)를 가지며, 이 통과구멍들은 버어너 폐개스 및 연소기관 폐개스의 좋은 혼합이 이루어지도록 그렇게 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 버어너시스템.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 연소실출구(9)는 원추형의 외피면을 가지며, 외피면에는 통과구멍(35)이 존재하며 그리고 통과구멍/횡단면의 총계에 의하여 자유로운 횡단면을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버어너시스템.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 혼합물 출구조리개(7)는 일련의 연소공기-출구 튜브들(36)에 의하여 형성되며 이 연소공기-출구 튜브들은 환형도관(37)을 거쳐서 연소공기도관(40)과 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 버어너시스템.
  9. 전들중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 연료도관 또는 연료공기도관은 안전차단 밸브(16) 및 연료차단 밸브(18)내지 연료공기 차단밸브(21)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 버어너시스템.
  10. 전항들중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 2차공기 취입과 연결하여 연소공기도관(20)은 2차공기-차단- 및 펄스밸브(23)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 버어너시스템.
  11. 전항들중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 버어너시스템은 촉매체-가열기 또는 연소공기 가열기로서 사용시에 연소기관의 시동전의 시간적으로 수초간의 우선절환에 의하여 시동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버어너시스템.
  12. 전항들중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 이 시스템은 일정한 또는 변동하는 가열성능에 대하여 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버어너시스템.
