Abstract
본 발명은 수지 경화를 개시하기에 충분한 온도로 뜨거운 성형기에 예열된 경화성 수지 조성물을 도입하고 또 조성물의 수축을 보상하기 위해 압력하에서 다른 수지를 공급하며, 이때 경화성 수지는 분자당 평균 1개 이상의 에폭사이드 기를 함유하는 에폭시 수지, 산 무수물 경화제, 촉진제 및 충전제를 포함하는 에폭시 수지 배합물이고, 에폭시 수지, 경화제 및 촉진제는 배합물이 25℃에서 14일 이상 동안 안정하도록 선정되는 경화 플라스틱 성형제품의 제조방법을 제공한다.

Claims (10)
- 수지 경화를 개시하기에 충분한 온도로 뜨거운 성형기에 예열된 경화성 수지 조성물을 도입하고 또 조성물의 수축을 보상하기 위해 압력하에서 다른 수지를 공급하며, 이때 경화성 수지는 분자당 평균 1개 이상의 에폭사이드기를 함유하는 에폭시수지, 산 무수물 경화제, 촉진제 및 충전제를 포함하는 에폭시 수지 배합물이고, 에폭시 수지, 경화제 및 촉진제는 배합물이 25℃에서 14일 이상 동안 안정하도록 선정되는 경화 플라스틱 성형제품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수지가 액체인 승온에서 분자당 평균 1개 이상의 에폭시 기를 함유하는 에폭시 수지를 가열하고, 임의의 산화방지제 및 기타 미량 첨가제에서 혼합한 다음 충전제의 1/2, 모든 경화제, 그다음 나머지 모든 충전제 및 촉진제를 혼합하는 것에 의해 경화성 에폭시 수지 배합물이 제조되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지를 산화방지제중에서 용해지키기에 충분한 온도까지 가열시키고. 이것을 수지에 용해시키며 충전제의 1/2 및 안료와 촉매 이외의 기타 미량 첨가제를 부가하고 온도를 약 50℃로 유지시키며, 필요에 따라 혼합물 온도 및 촉매 활성화 온도 사이의 적합한 안정한 온도까지 온도를 조정하며, 용기를 가열하지 않으면서 촉매를 부가하고 또 균일해질 때 까지 진공하에서 교반하는 것을 포함하는 방법에 의해경화성 에폭시 수지 배합물이 제조되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 폴리글리시딜 에스테르, 폴리글리시딜 에테르, 또는 시클로지방족 에폭사이드인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 경화제가 산 무수물인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 촉진제가 50℃이상의 온도에서 활성화되는 촉진제인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 촉진제가 잠재적 촉진제이거나 또는 열 민감성 차단층에 의해 마이크로캡슐화되거나 또는 분자체에 흡착되는 것에 의해 보호되는 비 잠재적 촉진제인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 촉진제가 알킬기에 1 내지 18개 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬디메틸아민의 붕소 트리할라이드 착물 또는 아르알킬디메틸아민인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 충전제의 양이 전체 혼합물의 20 내지 65부피%인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 충전제의 양이 전체 혼합물의 40 내지 60부피%인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
