Abstract

본 발명은 배킹, 배킹상에 형성된 제1접착제층, 제1접착제층상에 형성된 연마재 입자층, 및 연마재 입자층을 덮는 제2접착제층(이때 제2접착제층은 중량-평균 분자량이 1,400 내지 3,500인 수용성 레졸 페놀계 수지 및 비점이 110 내지 175℃인 유기용매를 포함하는 조성물로부터 형성됨)을 포함하는 피복 연마품 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다.
본 발명은 본 발명의 피복 연마품 제조시 사용되는 제2접착제의 건조시간을 상당히 단축시키고 생산성을 향상시킨다.

피복 연마품 및 그 제조 방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에서 사용된 수용성 레졸 페놀계 수지 및 시판용 수지의 고체 함량(%)과 점도간의 관계를 나타내는 그래프,
제2도는 본 발명에서 사용된 수용성 레졸 페놀계 수지의 점도와 분자량간의 관계를 나타내는 그래프.

Claims (3)

  1. 배킹, 상기 배킹상에 형성된 제1접착제층, 상기 제1접착제층상에 형성된 연마재 입자층, 및 연마재 입자층을 덮는 제2접착제층을 포함하는 피복 연마품으로서, 상기 제2접착제층은 중량-평균 분자량이 1,400 내지 3,500인 수용성 레졸 페놀계 수지 및 비점이 110 내지 175℃인 유기용매를 함유한 조성물로부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 연마품.
  2. (a) 배킹상에 제1접착제를 적용시켜 제1접착제층을 형성하는 단계; (b) 상기 제1접착제층상에 연마재 입자층을 적용시키는 단계; (c) 가열에 의해 상기 제1접착제를 경화시키는 단계; (d) 상기 제1접착제층과 상기 연마재 입자층상에 제2접착제를 적용시켜 제2접착제층을 형성하는 단계; (e) 상기 제2접착제층을 경화시켜 피복 연마품을 형성하는 단계; (f) 상기 피복 연마품을 권선하는 단계; 및 (g) 60 내지 130℃의 온도에서 상기 연마품을 후경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 피복 연마품의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 제2접착제층은 중량-평균 분자량이 1,400 내지 3,500인 수용성 레졸 페놀계 수지와 비점이 110℃ 내지 175℃인 유기용매를 함유한 조성물로부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 단계(e)가 제2접착제 적용후 1.5 내지 3분 동안 120℃ 내지 160℃의 온도에서 가열시켜 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
