Abstract
단일작용기 및/또는 이작용기 글리시딜 에테르를 반응의 전과정에 걸쳐 계량해 넣는 것을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 및/또는 폴리우레아-폴리우레탄을 해당함으로써 얻어지는 재순환물 홀리올을 제조하는 방법;이렇게 해서 얻어진 저-아민 재순환물 폴리올은 발포 또는 비발포 폴리우레탄의 제조에 사용된다.

Claims (3)
- 폴리우레탄 및/또는 폴리우레아-폴리우레탄을 촉매존재하에서 2이상의 OH그룹을 함유하는 단쇄 화합물과 반응시켜 저아민 함량을 가지는 재순환물 폴리올을 제조함에 있어서, 단일작용기 및/또는 이 작용기 글리시딜에테르를 반응 전과정에 걸져 계량해 넣는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 단일작용기 글리시딜 에테르가 다음 일반식(I)의 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.상기식에서 R은 페닐, 시클로헥실, 메틸시클로헥실, 벤질, 이소프로필, 이소부틸 또는 직쇄에 5-10탄소원자 및/또는 다음 일반식의 그룹을 가지는 메틸- 및/또는 에틸 가지달린 사슬이다;상기식에서 A는 1내지 8탄소원자를 가지는 알킬기이고, n은 3내지 12이며 m은 1 내지 6이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 이작용기 글리시딜 에테르가 다음 일반식(II)의 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법:상기식에서 R´는 디페닐메틸렌, 2,2-디페닐프로필렌, 4내지 10탄소원자를 가지는 측쇄를 가지지 않는 탄화수소 사슬이거나 또는 직쇄에 4 내지 8탄소원자를 가지는 메틸- 및 에틸-가지달린 탄솨수소 사슬이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
