Abstract

단일작용기 및/또는 이작용기 글리시딜 에테르를 반응의 전과정에 걸쳐 계량해 넣는 것을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 및/또는 폴리우레아-폴리우레탄을 해당함으로써 얻어지는 재순환물 홀리올을 제조하는 방법;이렇게 해서 얻어진 저-아민 재순환물 폴리올은 발포 또는 비발포 폴리우레탄의 제조에 사용된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 폴리우레탄 및/또는 폴리우레아-폴리우레탄을 촉매존재하에서 2이상의 OH그룹을 함유하는 단쇄 화합물과 반응시켜 저아민 함량을 가지는 재순환물 폴리올을 제조함에 있어서, 단일작용기 및/또는 이 작용기 글리시딜에테르를 반응 전과정에 걸져 계량해 넣는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 단일작용기 글리시딜 에테르가 다음 일반식(I)의 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    상기식에서 R은 페닐, 시클로헥실, 메틸시클로헥실, 벤질, 이소프로필, 이소부틸 또는 직쇄에 5-10탄소원자 및/또는 다음 일반식의 그룹을 가지는 메틸- 및/또는 에틸 가지달린 사슬이다;
    상기식에서 A는 1내지 8탄소원자를 가지는 알킬기이고, n은 3내지 12이며 m은 1 내지 6이다.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 이작용기 글리시딜 에테르가 다음 일반식(II)의 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법:
    상기식에서 R´는 디페닐메틸렌, 2,2-디페닐프로필렌, 4내지 10탄소원자를 가지는 측쇄를 가지지 않는 탄화수소 사슬이거나 또는 직쇄에 4 내지 8탄소원자를 가지는 메틸- 및 에틸-가지달린 탄솨수소 사슬이다.
