Claims (10)

  1. 필수적으로 하나 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트 A, 폴리올 B 및 하나 이상의 폴리아민 C 및 임의로, 표준 첨가제를 함유하며, 이때 폴리아민 C는 2개 이상의 아미노 그룹, 하나 이상의 페닐 그룹 및 폴리옥시알킬렌 반복단위를 함유하는 폴리에테르 아민임을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄계 반응성 접착제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아민의 페닐 그룹을 2,2-비스-(4-하이드록시페닐)-프로판, 1,1-비스(4-하이드록시페닐)-3,3,5-트리메틸 사이클로헥산, 1,4-비스-(2-하이드록시에톡시)-벤젠으로부터 2개의 페놀성 OH그룹을 제거하여 수독할 수 있는 반응성 접착제.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 아민 C가 하기 일반식을 갖는 반응성 접착제.
    상기식에서, A는 산소 원자에 의해 차단된 임의로 상이한 알킬렌 Al의 임의로 치환된 쇄이고, R1및 R2는 C1-6알킬 라디칼, 특히 메틸이거나, 이들을 연결하는 탄소 원자와 함께 카보사이클린확을 완성시키는 잔기를 나타내며, Al는 -(CH2)4- 또는 이고 R3는 수소 및/또는 C1-6(사이클로)알킬 그룹이다.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 아민을 하기 일반식을 갖는 반응성 접착제.
    상기식에서, n은 1내지 50이다.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 아민을 400 내지 6,000범위내의 분자량을 갖는 반응성 접착제.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 1,5-나트탈렌 디이소시아네이트, 이량체 4,4'-디이소시아네이토디페닐 메탄, 이량체 2,4-디이소시아네이토톨투엔, 3,3'-디이소시아네이토-4,4'-디메틸-N,N'-디페닐 우레아 및 N,N'-비스-[4-(4-또는 2-이소시아네이토페닐메틸)-페닐] 우레아로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되며, 이중에서 이량체 2,4-디이소시아네이토 톨투엔이 특히 바람직한 반응성 접착제.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올 B가 400내지 10,000범위 내의 분자량을 갖는 반응성 접착제.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, A 1몰당 0.2 내지 1몰의 B 및 0.1 내지 1몰의 C를 함유하는 반응성 접착제.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 따른 반응성 접착제의 단일-성분 접착제용 용도.
  10. 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한항에 따른 유형의 반응성 접착제 하나 이상을 사용함을 특징으로 하여, 반응성 접착제로 기질을 접착시키는 방법.
