Abstract
회수조의 부식문제를 일으키지 않고, 올레핀 중합촉매를 올레핀 올리고머 함유 중합혼합물로부터 3불화 붕소로서 효율좋게 분리회수할수 있는 방법으로서, 중합혼합물을 3불화 붕소와 조촉매의 착물 및 3불화 붕소를 함유한 촉매의 존재하에 중합하여 얻어진 올레핀 올리고머를 함유하는 중합혼합물을, 동-니켈 합금으로된 회수조에 넣고, 상기 착물의 분해 온도 이상의 온도로 가열하여, 상기 중합혼합물로 3불화 붕소를 분리회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 올리고머 함유 중합생성물로 부터의 3불화 붕소의 회수방법이 개시되어 있다.

제1도는 3불화 붕소의 회수조의 재질의 적합여부를 판단하기 위한 부식시험에 사용한 시험편 부착 폴리4불화에틸렌제판을 나타낸 도면.
Claims (6)
- 탄소수 b-14인 올레핀을 3불화 붕소와 조촉매의 착물 및 3불화 붕소를 함유한 촉매의 존재하에 중합하여 얻어진 올레핀 올리고머를 함유하는 중합혼합물을, 동-니켈 합금으로 적어도 내표면이 형성된 회수조에 도입하고, 전기한 착물의 분해온도 이상의 온도로 가열하여, 상기 중합혼합물로부터 3불화 붕소를 분리회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 올리고머 함유 중합생성물로 부터의 3불화 붕소의 회수방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 80-180℃의 온도로 유지된 회수조에 중혼합물을 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3불화 붕소의 회수방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 동-니켈 합금이 동 90-60wt%와 티켈 10-40wt%함유하는 3불화 붕소의 회수방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 회수조의 전체를 동-니켈 합금으로 한 회수조를 사용하는 3불화 붕소의 회수방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합혼합물을 가열하여 80-180℃로 유지하는 3불화 붕소의 회수방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합혼합물을 가열하여 100-155℃로 유지하는 3불화 붕소의 회수방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
