Abstract

본원은 금속용융물의 온도에서 가수를 방출하는 유기중합체 주성분의 화합물을 충전와이어 1m당 0.2-20g의 양으로 함유하는 충전무과 강철 또는 철로 이루어진 금속외피로 구성되는 충전와이어 형태의 금속용융물 처리용 재료에 관한다. 본원은 또한 금속용융물을 합금화, 균일화, 제련 및 균일냉각 시키는데 본원 재료를 사용하는 방법에 관한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 금속용융물의 온도에서 가스를 방출하는 유기중합체 주성분의 화합물을 충전화이어 1m당 0.2-20g의 양으로 함유하는 충전물과 강철 또는 철로 이루어진 금속외피로 구성되는 충전아이어 형태의 금속용융물 처리용재료(agent)에 관한다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가스방출 화합물이 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 및/또는 폴리스티렌 가운데 선택되는 재료.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가스 방출 화합물이 입상형태로 와이어내에 함유되며, 0.1-10㎜, 바람직하기로는 <2.0㎜의 입도를 지니는 재료.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 충전물이 비분해서 무기물질을 부가적으로 함유하는 재료.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 충전물이 무기재료로서 알칼리성 토금속 및/또는 알루미늄 산화물, 실리콘 산화물 또는 질화물, 또는 원소주기율표 제8족의 금속 또는 금속산화물을 함유하는 재료.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 금속외피가 철로 구성되고, 충전물이 0.1-10wt%의 폴리에틸렌과 90-99.9wt%의 철분으로 구성되는 재료.
  7. 금속용융물을 균일화시키는데 제1항 내지 제6항의 재료를 사용하는 방법.
  8. 금속용융물을 제련하는데 제1항 내지 제6항의 재료를 사용하는 방법.
  9. 금속용융물을 균일하게 냉각시키는데 제1항 내지 제6항의 재료를 사용하는 방법.
  10. 금속용융물을 합금화하는데 제1항 내지 제6항의 재료를 사용하는 방법.
