Claims (1)
- 초기시동을 위해 초기구동전원을 공급하는 초기구동부와, 상기 초기구동부의 출력전원에 따라 전류미러(Q7, Q8)에 흐르는 전류를 제어하여 출력단에서 안정한 바이어스전압이 출력되도록 하는 정전압부와, 온도변화에 따라 상기 정전압부에서 출력되는 출력신호를 일정하게 보상하는 온도보상부와, 상기 온도보상부에서 보상된 온도계수에 따라 일정한 전류(I0)를 출력하는 정전류출력부로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 온도계수 가변정전류 회로.
