Abstract

본 발명은 하나의 밸브를 3방향 이상으로 유체의 흐름을 제어할 수있고, 다수개의 출구중 어느 하나 또는 그 이상의 출구를 선택하여 유체의 흐름을 다양하게 제어할 수 있는 멀티 웨이 밸브에 관한 거승로, 밀폐된 유체 저장실에 한개의 입구및 동일 중심의 원주방향으로 배열된 다수개의 출구를 갖는 케이스와, 상기 다수개의 출구에 각각 일치되도록 관통구멍이 통일 원주방향으로 다수개 배열되어 그 하면이 출구측면에 밀착고정되는 하측원판과, 상기 하측원판의 상면에 회전가능하도록 하면이 밀착되고 상기 다수개의 관통구멍중 하나 또는 그 이상의 관통구멍과 선택적으로 일치하는 장방형 구멍이 동일 원주방향으로 형성된 상측 원판과, 상기 상측원판이 일축을 중심으로 회전되도록 하는 구동수단을 포함하는 멀티 웨이 밸브로 구성된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 멀티 웨이 밸브의 단면도
제2도는 멀티 웨이 밸브의 하측 케이스를 나타낸 평면도,
제3도 (가)는 멀티 웨이 밸브의 케이스내에서 회전하도록 설치되는 상측 원판을 확대하여 나타낸 평면도,
제3도 (나)는 멀티 웨이 밸브의 케이스내에 고정 설치되는 하측 원판을 확대하여 나타낸 평면도,
제4도 (가)(나)는 멀티 웨이 밸브의 동작 상태도.

Claims (6)

  1. 밀폐된 유체 저장실922)에 한개의 입구 및 동일중심의 원주방향으로 배열된 다수개의 출구를 갖는 케이스(16)와, 상기 다수개의 출구에 각각 일치되도록 관통구멍이 동일원주방향으로 다수개 배열되어 그 하면이 출구측면에 밀착고정되는 하측원판(28)과, 상기 하측 원판(28)의 상면에 회전가능하도록 하면이 밀착되고 상기 다수개의 관통구멍중 하나 또는 그 이상의 관통구멍과 선택적으로 일치하는 장방형 구멍이 동일 원주방향으로 형성된 상측 원판(26)과, 상기 상측원판(26)이 일축을 중심으로 회전되도록 하는 구동 수단을 포함하는 멀티 웨이 밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 케이스(16)는 원통형의 상, 하 케이스(12) (14)가 플랜지 이용되어 이루어지는 멀티 웨이 밸브.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상, 하측 원판(26)(28)은 세라믹재로 제조되는 멀티 웨이 밸브.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동수단은 상측 원판(26)에 고정되는 고정판(40)과, 케이스(16)를 관통하여 상기 고정판(40)에 일단이 고정되는 축(46)과, 상기 축(46)을 회전시키기 위한 스텝모터(48)와, 상기 축(46)과 케이스(16)사이에 설치되어 축(46)을 지지함과 동시에 이들 사이를 시일링하기 위한 하우징(52)으로 이루어지는 멀티 웨이 밸브.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 상, 하측 원판(26) (28)은 복수개의 조립구멍이 구비되어 고정판(40)및 하케이스(14)의 조립돌기에 결합되어 조립되는 멀티 웨이 밸브.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 복수개의 조립구멍 및 조립돌기는 각각 다른 직경을 갖고 동일 원주방향에 임의 각도로 형성되는 멀티 웨이 밸브.
