Abstract

본 발명은 (가) 방향족 비닐 단량체, 아크릴계 단량체 및 시안화 화합물을 포함하는 단량체 또는 아크릴계 단량체 및 시안화 화합물을 포함하는 단량체 또는 아크릴계 단량체 및 시안화 화합물을 포함하는 단량체를 유화 중합시켜 선형구조의 공중합체 라텍스를 제조하는 비가교 단계와 방향족 비닐 단량체, 아크릴계 단량체 및 시안화 화합물을 포함하는 단량체 또는 아크릴계 단량체 및 시안화 화합물을 포함하는 단량체와 아크릴 아마이드계의 입자간 가교제를 유화중합시켜 가교구조의 공중합체 라텍스를 제조하는 가교단계를 거쳐 부분가교된 공중합체의 라텍스를 제조하고, (나) 상기 부분가교된 라텍스를 응집시킴과 동시에 라텍스 입자간을 가교시키며, 이때 산을 첨가하여 입자간 가교반응을 활성화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하나의 고분자 라텍스 입자내에 가교구조 및 선형구조를 동시에 갖는 부분 가교 구조를 이용한 광택 조절용 수지의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 하나의 고분자 라텍스 입자내에 가교구조 및 선형구조를 동시에 갖는 부분 가교 구조를 이용한 광택 조절용 수지의 제조방법에 있어서, (가) 방향족 비닐 단량체, 아크릴계 단량체 및 시안화 화합물을 포함하는 단량체를 유화 중합시켜 선형구조의 공중합체 라텍스를 제조하는 비가교 단계와 방향족 비닐 단량체와 아크릴아마이드계의 입자간 가교제를 유화중합시켜 가교구조의 공중합체 라텍스를 제조하는 가교단계를 거쳐 부분가교된 공중합체의 라텍스를 제조하고, (나) 상기 부분가교된 라텍스를 응집시킴과 동시에 라텍스 입자간을 가교시키며, 이때 산을 첨가하여 입자간 가교반응을 활성화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 광택 조절용 수지의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴 아마이드계 입자간 가교제가 N-하이드록실알킬 아크릴 아마이드 도는 N-알킬에테르 아크릴 아마이드 유도체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 가교단계에 도입되는 아크릴아마이드계 입자간 가교제의 함량이 상기 가교단계의 단량체 100 중량%에 대하여 0.1 내지 15 중량% 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 수지의 겔 함량이 10 내지 90 중량% 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 응집단계에서 라텍스의 pH가 1 내지 4가 되도록 산을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 수득된 광택 조절용 수지를 열가소성 수지와 블렌딩시킴을 특징으로 하는 무광택 열가소성 수지의 제조방법.
