Abstract

본 발명은 β-1, 3-글루칸의 생성 능력이 있는 미생물의 배양물에 수용성 중점제를 첨가하고, 이어서 분무 건조시켜서 얻은 응리 감소제를 제공한다.
상기 응리 감소제는 저렴한 비용으로 높은 내응리성, 고유동도, 고충전능을 갖는 콘크리트의 제조를 가능하게 한다. 또한 본 발명은 응리 감소제를 포함하는 수경성 조성물을 제공한다.

Claims (11)

  1. β-1, 3-글루칸 생성 능력이 있는 미생물의 배양물에 수용성 중점제를 첨가하고, 이어서 분무 건조시켜서 얻어진 수경성 조성물용.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, β-1, 3-글루칸이 커드란인 응리 감소제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 중점제가 수용성 셀룰로오스인 응리 감소제.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 수용성 중점제가 메틸 셀룰로오스인 응리 감소제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 중점제가 크산탄 고무인 응리 감소제.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 중점제가 수용성 합성 중합체인 응리 감소제.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 수용성 중점제가 폴리에틸렌 글리콜인 응리 감소제.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 중점제가 배양물의 점도를 약 200cp 내지 약 1000cp로 만들기에 충분한 양으로 첨가된 응리 감소제.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 중량 평균 입자 직경이 약 100㎛이하인 응리 감소제.
  10. 제1항에 의한 응리 감소제를 포함하는 수경성 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 응리 감소제의 사용량이 수경성 조성물 ㎥당 약 0.5㎏ 내지 약 5㎏인 수경성 조성물.
