Abstract

자성 도료의 제조방법에 따라서, 자싱 금속 분말 100중량부, 지방산 1 내지 10중량부, 분산제 1 내지 5중량부, 및 자성 금속 분말중의 고헝분 농도 65 내 지 70%틀 갖는 혼합물을 산풀하기 에 충분한 양의 용대를 결합제의 존재 하에 혼합시킨다. 이 혼합물은 가압 니더에 의해 니딩시킨다. 그 다음, 니딩된 혼합물은 결합제와 함게 혼련시켜 자성 도료를 제조한다.

Claims (4)

  1. (a) 결합제의 부재하에 자성 금속 분말 100중량부, 지방산 1 내지 10중랑부, 분산제 1 내지 5중량부, 및 자성 금속 분말중의 고헝분 농도 65 내지 70%를 갖는 혼합물을 산출하기에 충분한 양의 용매를 혼합하는 단계 (b) 상기 혼합물을 가압 니 더 (kneader)로 혼린시 키는 단계 : 및 (c) 니 딩된 혼합물을 결합제와 혼합시키는 단계를 포함하는 자성 도료외 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자성 금속 분말이 55m2.g의 BET의 비표면적을 갖는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제가 폴리우레탄 수지 및 비닐수지를 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용때가 사이클로헥사논인 방법.
