Claims (5)

  1. 탄소를 함유하는 자성입자 또는 탄화철을 주성분으로 하는 자성입자를 사용하여 자성도료를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 자성입자를 유기용제와 함께 미리 혼련하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성도료의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자성입자와 유기용제와의 혼련공정이 고전단 응력하에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성도료의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소를 함유하는 자성입자가, 금속철과 금속철에 대하여 2-20중량%의 탄소로 이루어지는 자성입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 자성도료의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화철이 식 Fe x C (x2)로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성도료의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼련공정에 있어서, 자성입자와 유기용제의 비율이 중량비로 100대 25~100대 200인 것을 특징으로 하는 자성도료의 제조방법.
