Abstract

(목적) 간단한 구성, 또한 작은 에너지로 고밀도인 오러라이트를 가능하게 함과 동시에 간단한 구성으로 고기 록밀도의 데이터를 정확하게 기륵.재생 가능하게 한다.
(구성) 탱크회로(7)를 구성하는 코일(5)에 의해 PLL회로(8)에서 생성한 한 기록 기체클록과 동일한 주파수의 교번자계를 교번시켜, 광자기디스크(1)에 인가된다. 위상 변조 회로(12)에서 기록 기체 클록의 위상을 기록 데이터에 대응하여 변조하여, 펄스 발생 회로(10)에 있어서, 이클록의 오름 엣지 및 내림 엣지에 동기한 펄스를 발생시킨다. 픽업(4)은, 이 펄스에 동기하여 광자기디스크(1)에 레이저광을 조사한다. 이것에 의해, 피트의 엣지 위치를 기록해야 할 데이터에 대응시켜서 스텝 상태로 시프트시킨 고밀도 기록 방법을, 광자기막의 부분적인 자화의 반전에 의해 피트를 형성하는 광자기 기록으로 적용할 수가 있다.

Claims (13)

  1. 광자기 기록매체에 1미리 기록되어 있는 기준 클록에 동기한 기록 기본 클럭을 형성하며, 상기 기록 기본 클록과 동일한 주파수의 교번자계를 생성하여 상기 광자기 기록매체의 특정의 기록위치에 인가하여, 기록해야할 데이타에 응하여 상기 기록, 기본 클록의 위상을 변화시켜, 상기 위상이 변화된 기록 기본 클록에 의거하이, 상기 광자기 기록 매체의 특정의 기록 위치에. 열자기 기록에 필요한 소정강도의 스포트를 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록 방법
  2. 광자기 기록 매체에 미리 기록되어 있는 기준 클록에 동기한 기록 기본 클록을 생성하는 클록생성수단과, 상기 기록 기본 클록과 동일 주파수의 교번자계를 발생하여. 상기 광자기 기록 매체의 특정의 기록위치에 인가하는 자계 발생수단과, 기록해야할 데이타에 응하여 상기 기록 기본 클록의 위상을 변화시키는 위상 제어 수단과, 상기 위상 제어 수단에 의해 위상이 변화된 기록 기본 클록에 의거하여 상기 광자기 기록 매체의 특정의 기록 위치에, 열자기 기록에 필요한 소정 강도의 스포트를 조사하는 광 조사 수단들을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 자계 발생수단은, 자기 헤드에 설치된 코일과 이 코일에 병렬로 접속된 콘덴서등으로 구성되는 탱크 회로를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록장치.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서. 상기 광조사수단은, 상기 교번자계의 피크치근방에 있어서 상기 광자기 기록매체의 특정의 기록매체에 상기 스포트를 조사하는 것을 특징으로 한 광자기 기록장치.
  5. 제2항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 항에 있어서, 상기 자계발생수단이 발생하는 교번자계의 변화 타이밍과, 상기 광조사 수단에 의한 상기 스포트의 조사타이밍을 조정하는 조정수단을 갖추는 것을 특징으로 한 광자기 기록장치.
  6. 제2항 네지 제3항중 어느항에 있어서, 상기 자계 발생수단이 상기 광자기 기록매체의 특정의 기록위치에 인가하는 교번자계의 반주기마다 상기 광조사수단이 상기 특정힌 기록위치에 열자기 기록에 필요한 소정강도의 스포트를 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록장치.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 상기기준 클록은 상기 광자기 기록매체의 반사면에 형성된 요부 또는 철부에 의한 클록피트에 의해기록되어 있으며. 상기 클록 생성수단은, 상기 광자기 기록 매체에 대하여 연속적으로 조사한 레이저 광의 반사광량의 변화에 의거하여 상기 클륵 피트를 검출하여. 기준 클록에 동기한 기록 기본 클록을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록장치.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기준 클록은 상기 광자기 기록매체의 반사면에 일정주기로 사행한 도광에 의한 프리글루부에 의해 기록되어 있으며, 상기 클록 생성수단은, 상기 광자기 기록매체에 대하여 조사할 레이저광의 반사광 량의 변화에 의거하여 기준 클록에 동기한 기록매체 클록을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 한 광자기 기록장치.
  9. 제2항에 있어서. 상기 자계 발생수단이 상기 광자기 기록매체의 특정의 기록 위치에 정방향 또는 부방향의 자계를 상호 인가할 때마다 상기 광조사 수단이 상기 특정의 기록위치에 열자기 기록에 필요한 소정 강도의 스포트률 조사함으로써. 기록해야 할 데이타에 응하여 엣지 위치가 소정의 기준위치에서 스텝상태로 시프트한 피트를 상기 광자기 기록 매체에 기록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 기록해야 할 데이타에 응하여 전단 및 후단의 옛지 위치가 소정의 기준위치에서 스텝상태로 시프트 한 피트를 전기 광자기 기록매체에 기록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록장치.
  11. 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 피트는 광자기 막의 부분적인 자화의 반전에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록장치.
  12. 제7항 내지 제10항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전기 광자기 기록-매체에 레이저광을 조사하여, 그 반사광의 카회전각의 방향에 의거하여 상기 피트에 대응한 재생신호를 검출하는 광학 검출계의 전달특성에 응하여 결정된 재생신호의 과도기간 보다도 적은 소정의 시프트기간에 상당하는 범위내에서. 기록해야할 데이타에 응하여 엣지 위치를 소정의 기준위치애서 스텝상태로 시프트시켜서 정보피트를 전기 광자기 기록 매체에 기록하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록장치.
  13. 피크의 엣지 위치를 소정의 기준 단위에서 스텝상태로 시프트하여 정보를 기록한 광자기 기록매체에서 정보를 재생한 광자기 기록 재생장치에 있어서, 상기 광자기 기록 매체에 미리 기록되어 있는 기준 클록에 동기한 기록 기본 클록을 생성하는 클록 생성수단과, 상기 광자기 기록매체에 레이저광을 조사하여, 그 반사광의 카 회전각의 방향에 의거하여 상기 프트에 대응한 재생신호를 ㄱㅁ출하는 광학검출계와, 상기 기록기본 블록에서 규정된 타이밍으로, 상기 재생신호의 재생 레벨을 검출하는 레벨 검출 수단과, 상기 재생 레벨에 의거하여 상기 피트의 엣지 위치의 시프트량에 대응한 기록정보를 판정하는 판정수단들을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한 광자기 기록 재생 장치.
