Abstract

C : 0.1%미만, Si : 1.0%미만. Mn . 1.5%미만, p ; 0.04%미만, S .0.03%미만, Cr : 18.0 내지 30.0%. Ni. 3.0 내지 8.0%, Me : 0.1 내지 3.0% 및 Fe :잔부와 30.0 내지 80.0%의 페라이트로 이루어진 2상 스테인레스강 와이어로프는 40 내지 97%의 단면수축률로 드로잉됨 으로써 평균 슬렌더 비 (MR치)를 갖도록 조절되 고 추가로 150 내지 600℃의 온도에서 실효처리를 더 받는다. 이 스테인레스강 와이어로프는 피로수명과 내식 성에 있어서 상당히 우수한 긴수명을 제 공하고 그럼으로써 이것을 동적용도에서 적용될 수 있도록 한다.

제1도는 2상 스테인레스강 와이어의 조직을 나타내는 확대로, 제2도는 2상 스테인레스강 와이어의 드로잉에 의한 단면수축률(%)과 평균 슬렌더비(mean slenderness ratio;MR)의 관계를 나타내는 제3도는 페라이트(α)체적비 50%의 2상 스트인레스강 와이어의 0.2% 항복강도와 시효온도의 관계를 매개변수로서 단면수축률을 이용하여 나타낸 그래프, 제4도는 시효처리를 ㄹ한 스테인레스강 와이어와 시효처리를 하지않은 스테인레스강와이어를 비교해서 평균 슬렌더비(MR)와 와이어 파단비가 10%에 이를때까지의 반복된 굽힘수의 관계를 매개변수로서 스테인레스강 와이어로프내에 페라이트의 체적부를 이용하여 나타낸 그래프.

Claims (4)

  1. C : 0.1%미만, Si : 1.0%미만, Mn : 1.5%미만, P:0.04%미만, S : 0.03%미만 , Cr:18.0내지 30.0%, Ni :3.0 내지 8.0%, Mo : 0. 1 내지 3.0% 및 Fe :잔부와 30.0 내지 80.0%의 페라이트를 포함하며 와이어드로잉에 의하여 평균 슬렌더비 (MR피)가 4 네지 20이되도록 조절된 깃을 특징으로 하는 내괴로성과 네시성이 높은 2상 스테인레스캉 와이 어로프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 150 OSW;600℃의 온도에서 시효처리를 추가로 더 빈는 것을 특징으로 하는 2상 스테인레스강 와이어로프.
  3. C : 0.1%미만, Si : 1.0%미만. Mn : 1.5%미만, p : 0.04%미만. S : 0.03%미만, Cr:18.0내지 30.0%, Ni :3.0 내지 8.0%. Mo : 0.1내지 3.0% 및 Fe 잔부와 30.0 내지 80.0%의 페라이트르 인른어진 2상 각테인레스강 와이어를 4 내지 20인 평균 슬렌리비 (Ma치)를 얻기 위하여 소운후에 40 내지 97%의 단민수축률로 드로잉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내피펄성과 네식성이 높은 2상 스테◎,레스강 와이어로프용 촤이민 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 와이어로프는 150 내지 600℃의 온도에서 추가로 시효처리를 더받는 것을 받는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어 제조방법.
