Abstract

유기액체는 아민 중화된 음이온 중합체와 함께 보조 유동 첨가제를 사용하여 매우 효과적으로 겔화될 수 있다. 보조 유동 첨가제는 음이온 중합체의 직선성 및 이의 턱소트로픽 성질을 증가시키는 물질이다. 적합한 보조 유동 첨가제는 양성 산화물 및/또는 지방산 및/또는 지방산염이다. 효과적으로 겔화될 수 있는 유기 액체는 탄화 수소 및 알콜과 같은 인료를 포함하는 유기 용매이다.

Claims (20)

  1. 대략 하기 중량으로 구성되는 중합체 용액 (a)적어도 하나의 유기 염기의 사용을 통해 적어도 부분적으로 중화된 옴이온 중합체 0.1 내지 10.0 중량%, (b)보조 유동 첨가제 0.1 내지 10중량%, 및 (c)나머지는 적어도 하나의 용매.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 유기 염기가 아민인 중합체 용액.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 보조 유동 첨가제가 양성 산화물인 중합체 용액.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 보조 유동 첨가제가 알루미나인 중합체 용액.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 보조 유동 첨가제가 지방산 또는 이의 염인 중합체 용액.
  6. 제2항에 있어서. 상기 음이온 중합체가 가교된 폴리아크릴산인 중합체 용액.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 보조 유동 첨가제가 양성 산화물인 중합체 용액.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 보조 유동 침가제가 알루미나인 중합체 용액.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 보조 유동 첨가제가 지방산 또는 이의 염인 중함체 용액.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 보조 유동 첨가제가 양성 산화물, 지방산, 지방산염 및 이의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 중합체 용액.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 연료인 중합체 용액.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 연료가 알칼, 알켄, C1-C6의 알콜, 방향족 탄화 수소 및 이의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 중합체 용액.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 알콜이 메탄올, 에탄올 및 이의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 중합체 용액.
  14. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 연료인 중합체 용액.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 연료가 알칸, 알켄 C1-C6의 알콜, 방향족 탄화 수소 및 이의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 중합체 용액.
  16. 용매에 옴이온 중합체를 첨가하여 중간 용액을 형성하고 상기 중간 용액에 보조 유동 첨가제를 첨가하고. 보조 유동 첨가제를 함유하는 중간 용액에 적어도 하나의 유기 염기를 첨가하여 상기 음이온 중합체률 적어도 부분적으로 중화함으로 구성되는 중합체 용액 제조 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서. 상기 음이온 중함체가 폴리아크릴산인 중합체 용액 제조 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 용매가 연료이고, 상기 보조 유동 첨가제가 양성 산화물, 지방산, 산 지방산염 및 이의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 중합체 용액 제조 방법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 연료가 알칼. 알켄, C1-C6의 알콜 및 방항족 탄화 수소로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 중합체 용액 제조 방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 알콜이 메탄올, 에탄을 또는 이의 혼합물인 중합체 용액.
