置に関するものである。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来の加水燃料は、灯油、軽油等の燃料
油に対し、水を30%以上混合させることは非常に難し
く、製造上も困難であり、それに燃焼効率も悪く経済的
にも問題点があつた。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は、上記問題点
を解消することを目的としたもので、灯油、軽油等の燃
料油に対し、水の混合割合を大幅に増大させることがで
き、しかも燃焼効率もよく経済的効果も著しく向上し得
る加水燃料を提供することにある。 【0004】 【課題を解決するための手段】本発明の手段は次のとお
りである。油供給口とゲルタンク間及びシード供給口と
ゲルタンク間をそれぞれ配管により連絡させ、その各配
管に電磁弁、フィルター及び定量供給ポンプを介在さ
せ、前記ゲルタンク内にはモータにより回転する攪拌翼
を装備すると共に、ゲルタンクと加水燃料タンク間を送
油管で連絡させ、更に水供給口と前記加水燃料タンク間
を送水管により連絡させると共に、該送水管にフィルタ
ー、電磁弁、フローメータ、定量供給ポンプ及び圧力制
御弁を介在させ、前記加水燃料タンク内にはモータによ
り回転する攪拌翼を装備し、かつ加水燃料タンクの燃料
供給管を燃料取出し口に連結して成る加水燃料の製造装
置。 【0005】 【発明の実施の形態】図面は本発明に係る加水燃料の製
造装置の実施例を示すもので、図において符号1はシー
ド(界面活性剤)の供給口、2は燃料油(灯油、軽油、
A重油等)の供給口、3は水の供給口を示す。前記シー
ドの供給口1と、燃料油の供給口2はそれぞれ配管4及
び5によりゲルタンク6に連絡させ、その各々の配管4
及び5の途中に電磁弁7、7a、フィルター8、8a、
定量供給ポンプ9、9aを介在させる。前記ゲルタンク
6は、内側に攪拌翼10を装備し、モータ11により回
転するようになつている。 【0006】又ゲルタンク6と加水燃料タンク12とを
送油管13で連絡させると共に、加水燃料タンク12と
前記水の供給口3間を送水管14により連絡させ、その
送水管14中にフイルター8b、電磁弁7b、フローメ
ータ15、定量供給ポンプ9b及び圧力制御弁16を介
在させる。そして加水燃料タンク12内に装備した攪拌
翼17をモータ18により回転させるようにし、かつ加
水燃料タンク12に設けた燃料供給管19を加水燃料取
出口20に連絡させる。 【0007】以上の構成であるから、配管5よりゲルタ
ンク6内に所定量の燃料油を送り込み、又配管4よりシ
ードを前記送油量の1〜5%の割合でゲルタンク6に送り
込んだ後、攪拌翼10により攪拌混合させてゲル状にす
る。そしてゲル状にした燃料油を送油管13より加水燃
料タンク12に送り込んだ後、送水管14により加水燃
料タンク12内に、前記送り込んだ燃料油の1〜5倍の
水を送り込み、しかる後攪拌翼17の回転により、燃料
油と水をよく攪拌混合させて加水燃料を製造するのであ
る。 【0008】 【発明の効果】本発明によれば、灯油、軽油、A重油等
の燃料油に対する水の混合比率を大幅に増加させた加水
燃料を製造できるので非常に経済的であり、しかも高温
で燃焼させることができるので、ボイラーや各種の焼却
炉等の燃料として最適であり、公害の発生も大幅に削減
することができる。
Claims (1)
- (57)【特許請求の範囲】 【請求項1】 油供給口とゲルタンク間及びシード供給
口とゲルタンク間をそれぞれ配管により連絡させ、その
各配管に電磁弁、フィルター及び定量供給ポンプを介在
させ、前記ゲルタンク内にはモータにより回転する攪拌
翼を装備すると共に、ゲルタンクと加水燃料タンク間を
送油管で連絡させ、更に水供給口と前記加水燃料タンク
間を送水管により連絡させると共に、該送水管にフィル
ター、電磁弁、フローメータ、定量供給ポンプ及び圧力
制御弁を介在させ、前記加水燃料タンク内にはモータに
より回転する攪拌翼を装備し、かつ加水燃料タンクの燃
料供給管を燃料取出し口に連結して成る加水燃料の製造
装置。
