Abstract

본 발명은 숙신산 디알킬 에스테르를 크실렌중의 나트륨 알콜레이트와 반응시키고, 생성된 2,5-디하이드록시-사이클록헥사디엔-1,4-디-카복실산 디알킬 에스테르를 산 및 아닐린으로 처리하며, 생성된 2,5-디-페닐아미노-디하이드로-(3,6)-테레프탈산 디알킬 에스테르를 산소에 의해서 탈수소화시키고, 경우에 따라서, 생성된 2,5-디-페닐아미노-테레프탈산 디알킬 에스테르를 가수분해시키고, 생성된 디-나트륨 염으로부터 2,5-디-페닐아미노-테레프탈산을 유리시킴으로써 하기 일반식의 2,5-디-페닐아미노-테레프탈산 및 그의 디알킬 에스테르를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서, R은 수소 원자 또는 메틸 또는 에틸 그룹이다.
상기 2,5-디-페닐아미노-디하이드로-(3,6)-테레프탈산 디알킬 에스테르를 알칼리 금속 이온 및/또는 알칼리 토금속 이온의 존재하에 순수한 산소와 반응시킨다. 이것은 바람직하지 못한 불순물을 상당히 감소시킨다.

Claims (12)

  1. 숙식산 디알킬 에스테르를 크실렌중의 나트륨 알콜레이트와 반응시키고, 생성된 2,5-디하이드록시-사이클록헥사디엔-1,4-디-카복실산 디알킬 에스테르를 산 및 아닐린으로 처리하며, 생성된 2,5-디-페닐아미노-디하이드로-(3,6)-테레프탈산 디알킬 에스테르를 산소에 의해서 탈수소화시키고, 경우에 따라서, 생성된 2,5-디-페닐아미노-테레프탈산 디알킬 에스테르를 메탄올성 수산화 나트륨 용액으로 가수분해시키고, 형성된 2,5-디-페닐아미노-테레프탈산 디-나트륨 염으로 부터 2,5-디-페닐 아미노-테레프탈산을 유리시키는, 알칼리 금속 이온 및/또는 알칼리 토금속 이온의 존재하에 2,5-디-페닐아미노-디하이드로-(3,6)-테레프탈산 디알킬 에스테르를 순순한 산호와 반응시킴을 포함하여, 하기 일반식의 2,5-디-페닐아미노-테레프탈산 또는 그의 디알킬 에스테르를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R은 수소 원자 또는 메틸 또는 에틸 그룹이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 2,5-페닐아미노-디하이드로-(3,6)-테레프탈산 디알킬 에스테를 기준으로 0,2 내지 12.0 특히 0.8 내지 6.0몰%의 알칼리 금속 이온 또는 알칼리 토금속 이온을 사용하는 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, Na+또는 K+을 알칼리 금속 이온으로서 사용하고, Mg2+, Ca2+또는 Sr2+를 알칼리 토금속 이온으로서 사용하는 방법.
  4. 제1내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 산화물 또는 알칼리 산화물, 알칼리 금속 염 또는 알칼리 토금속 염, 특히 카보네이트 또는 카복실산 염을 사용하는 방법.
  5. 제1 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지방족 카복실산, 특히 2내지 8개의 탄소원자를 갖는 지방족 모노카복실산의 알칼리 금속 염 또는 알칼리 토금속 염을 사용하는 방법.
  6. 제1 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 아세테이트 또는 알칼리 토금속 아세테이트를 사용하는 방법.
  7. 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화반응을 밀폐된 시스템에서 수행하는 방법.
  8. 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화반응을 95 내지 110℃, 특히 98 내지 103℃에서 수행하는 방법.
  9. 제1 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화반응을 0.1 내지 1.0 특히 0.1 내지 0.5MPa의 압력하에서 수행하는 방법.
  10. 제1 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 크실렌을 용매로서 사용하는 방법.
  11. 제1 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용매, 특히 크시렌을 산화반응이 완결ehls 후에 스팀 종류에 의해서 제거시키고, 수득된 2,5-디-페닐아미노-테레프탈산 디알킬 에스테르를 여과하여 지방족 알콕, 특히 메탄올, 에탄올 또는 프로판을 바람직하게는 메탄올을 사용하여 세척한 다음, 건조시키는 방법.
  12. 퀴니크리돈을 제조하기 우한, 제1 내지 11항주이 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 2,5-디-페닐아미노-테레프탈산 또는 그의 디알킬 에스테르의 용도.
