Abstract

본 발명은 코발트원 및 히드록시로 치환된 피리딘 화합물로 구성되는 촉매 시스템의 존재하에 고압 및 고온에서 일산화 탄소와의 반응에 의해 β-프로피오락톤 중합체, β-히드록시 카르복실산 및 에스테르, 및 β-알콕시 카르복실산 및 에스테르와 같은 β-프로피오락톤 및/또는 이의 유도체가 생성되는 에폭시드의 카르보닐화 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 코발트원 및 히드록시로 치환된 피리딘 화합물로 구성되는 촉매 시스템의 존재하에 고압 및 고온에서 일산화탄소와의 반응에 의한 에폭시드의 카르보닐화 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하드록시 치환체가 3-위치에 있는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 3-히드록시피리딘이 사용되는 방법.
  4. 제1-3항중 어느 한 항에서, 에폭시드가 1,2-에폭시드인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 1,2-에폭시드가 산화 에틸렌 또는 산화 프로필렌인 방법.
  6. 제1-5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, β-프로피오락톤이 일차 카르보닐화 생성물로서 생성되는 방법.
  7. 제1-5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합 촉진제의 존재하에 카르보닐화를 수행함으로써 β-프로피오락톤 중합체가 생성되는 방법.
  8. 제1-5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, β-프로피오락톤 유도체가 생성되는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 카르보닐화가 물 및 알콜로부터 선택된 히드록시 화합물의 존재하에 수행되는 방법.
  10. 부가적으로 히드록시로 치환된 피리딘 화합물로 구성되는 촉매시스템이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는, β-프로피오락톤 또는 이의 중합체를 형성하기 위한 코발트-함유 촉매의 존재하에 에폭시드의 카르보닐화 및 연속되는 β-프로피오락톤 또는 이의 중합체의 탈수화에 의해 α,β-불포화 카르복실산 또는 이의 유도체를 제조하는 방법.
