Abstract

점화히터를 사용해서 기화가스에 점화하여 연소시키는 방식의 연소기의 제어장치에 관한 것으로, 폭발 점화의 위험이 없는 안전한 연소기의 제어장치를 얻기 위해 액체연료를 기화하는 기화기(12), 기화된 기화가스에 점화하는 점화히터(15), 기화가스를 연소시키는 연소부, 이연소부로 부터의 고온가스를 온풍으로 해서 기기본체밖으로 분출하는 대류용 송풍기(19) 및 제어용 마이컴을 구비하고, 점화시 점화히터(15)가 점화 가능온도로 되기 전에 적어도 소정시간 대류용 송풍기(19)를 구동하도록 한 것이다.
이 연소기 제어장치를 이용하는 것에 의해 부품의 고장동이 발생해도 푹발점화를 방지할 수 있엇 화재동의 위험이 없는 안전한 연소기 제어장치를 얻을 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 연료가스에 점화하는 점화히터, 연료가스를 연소시키는 연소부, 이 연소부로부터의 고온가스를 온풍으로 해서 기기 본체 밖으로 분출하는 대류용 송풍기 및 제어부를 구비하고, 상기 제어부는 점화시 기화가스를 연소부로 공급하기 전에 미리 점화히터에 통전함과 동시에 점화히터가 점화 가능온도로 되기 전에 적어도 소정시간 대류용 송풍기를 구동하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 연소기의 제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대류용 송풍기를 점화히터로의 통전과 동시에 단시간 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소기의 제어장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대류용 송풍기를 속도의 전환이 가능한 것으로 구성하여 점화히터로의 통전과 동시에 구동함과 동시에, 점화히터가 점화 가능온도로 되기까지는 통상 운전보다도 낮은 속도로 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소기의 제어장치.
