Abstract

본 발명은 저장기실(9) 및 작동실(1)이 과류보어(17)를 통해 서로 연결되고, 한 단계의 압력을 발생시키기 위해 상기 과류보어(17)내로 트렁크 피스톤(15)이 삽입됨으로써 상기 저장기실(9)및 작동실(1)을 분리시키고 작동실(1)내에 고압을 발생시키는 유압식 증압기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라 부가의 연결채널(19)에 첵밸브(21, 22)가 제공된다.

Claims (6)

  1. -피스톤 로드(4)가 하우징(3)의 외부로 뻗은 작동피스톤(2)이 작동하는 하우징(3)내에 있는 유체로 채워진 작동실(1), -작동실(1)에 유압으로 연결되고 이러한 연결부에서 보어(17)는 일정 횡단면을 갖는, 마찬가지로 유체로 채워진 저장실(9), -보다 낮은 압력하에서 작동피스톤의 신속 행정후에 그리고 유체가 저장실(9)로부터 작동실(1)로 흐른후에 방사방향으로 밀봉되도록 보어(17)내로 삽입되어 작동실(1)에서 상응하는 고압을 발생시키며, 귀환 행정시 보어로부터 다시 나옴으로써 유체가 작동실(1)로부터 다시 저장실(9)내로 흐르게 하는, 작동 피스톤(2)보다 작은 직경을 가진 트렁크 피스톤(15)을 포함하는 유압식 증압기에 있어서, 작동실(1)과 저장기실(9)사이에서 보어(17)를 수용하는 연결부 외부에 연결채널(19, 23)이 배열되며, 상기 연결채널은 고압의 발생시 차폐되고 저압에서는 작동실(1)쪽으로의 흐름방향으로 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 증압기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 작동실(1)방향으로 개방시키며 저장기실(9)방향으로 폐쇄시키는 첵 밸브(21, 22, 24, 25)가 연결채널(19, 23)에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 증압기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 첵 밸브의 가동 밸브부재(21, 24)가 스프링(22, 25)에 의한 하중을 받는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 증압기.
  4. 상기항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연결채널(19)이 하우징(3)내에 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압식 증압기.
  5. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연결채널이 하우징의 외부에 뻗은 관(23)으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 증압기.
  6. -한편으로 작동피스톤(2)및 작동실(1), 다른 한편으로는 보어(17), 저장실(9)및 트렁크 피스톤(15)의 동축 또는 축에 평행한 배열, -공압으로 삽입된 구동피스톤(14)에 의한 복원력(12)에 대항해서 트렁크 피스톤(15)의 작동, -고압에 적합한 립 밀봉체(18)를 가진 보어(17)를 포함하는, 작동실(1)및 저장기실(9)사이에서 연결부를 수용하는 횡방향 벽, -저장기실(9)을 공기로 채워진 공간으로부터 분리시키며, 저장기 압력을 발생시키고 공압적으로 또는 기계적으로 하중을 받으며, 축방향으로 이동가능하고 방사방향으로 밀봉된 저장기 피스톤(11), 및- 신속 행정을 위해 양측이 교대로 공압을 공급받는 보조 피스톤(5)(작동 피스톤(2)상의 원판 피스톤)의 특징을 갖는 수-공압식 증압기 인것을 특징으로 하는 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 유압식 증압기.
