Abstract

본 발명은 두가지 이상의 다-필라멘트사 즉 20 내지 40중량%의 제1핵사와 60 내지 80중량%의 재2배합사로부터 공기-분사식 직조법에 따라 수득한 고용적의 합성자로 씨닐을 만든 섬유직물 또는 편직물로 싸여지고 핵사의 오우버피딩은 10 내지 25%이고 배합사의 오우버피딩은 70%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합 속심용 직물기초재료에 관계한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 섬유 또는 직조합성사로된 편직물로 구성되고 섬유직물 또는 편직물은 두가지 이상의 다-필라멘트사 예컨대 20 내지 40중량%의 제1핵사와 또한 60 내지 80중량%의 제2배합사로부터 공기-분사식 직조법에 따라 얻은 고용적 합성사로 만들고 핵사의 오우버피딩은 10 내지 25%이고 배합사의 오우버피딩은 70%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열결합속심용 직물기초재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 배합상의 단일 필라멘트는 1 내지 3데시텍스의 번호수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물기초 재료.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서. 날실에 대한 씨날의 비율이 80중량% 이상인 편직물로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 직물기초재료.
  4. 제 1항 내지 3항 중 한 항에 있어서, 핵사는 10 내지 15% 정도의 잔류 확장성을 씨날에 제공할 수 있는 확장성을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물기초재료.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 핵사는 꼬임처리로 직조된 실인 것을 특징으로 하는 직물기초재료.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 핵사는 엘라스토탄 기초 필라멘트로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 직물기초재료.
