Abstract

산소기송에 의하여 폭기조에서 하수침전물을 산소에 의한 금속기포화로 급속산화하게 되고, 이에 따라 발생량이 감소되고 침하된 생오니는 농축후 오니개량용 혼합교반조에 투입되면서 후공정 처리되는 재와 응집제가 추가로 투입되고 회전교반에 의하여 균일히 혼합된 다음, 공지의 필터프레스에 의하여 탈수되어 케익화되면, 이때 발생된 케익을 다수의 중공으로 된 관상의 회전아암을 가진 가열공기공급 및 교반장치에 의하여 소각하여 최종처리되도록 한 하수오니 개량 및 탈수에 의한 무소화 처리시스템.

Claims (2)

  1. 하수, 특히 생활하수를 처리하기 위한 하수처리 시스템에 있어서, 산소기송에 의하여 폭기조에서 하수침전물을 고농도 산소에 의한 급속기포화로 급속산화되게 하고, 이에 따라 발생량이 감소되고 침하된 생오니는 농축후 오니개량용 혼합교반조에 투입하고 소각로를 거쳐 후공정 처리된 재와 응집제가 여기에 추가로 투입되어 회전교반으로 균일히 혼합되면, 공지의 필터프레스에 의하여 탈수된 케익화로 하며, 이때 발생된 케익을 다수의 중공으로 된 관상의 회전아암을 가진 가열공기공급 및 교반장치를 가진 소각로에 의하여 소각하여 최종처리하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 하수오니 개량 및 탈수에 의한 무소화 처리 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 후공정 처리된 재는 유입되는 오니량의 대략 3~12용적%, 상기 응집제로서는 철염(Ferric) 또는 소석회를 유입되는 오니량의 1~5용적% 투입하여 균일히 혼합되도록 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무소화 처리 시스템.
