Abstract
본 발영은 PVDF계 분체 도료 속에 VDBF/TFE/HFP상원 공중합체를 사용하여 이들로부터 제조된 도료의 심미감을 향상시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (8)
- PVBF수지, 열가소성 수지, 안료 및 약 0. 1 내지 5.0중량% [여기서, 중량%는 배합물의 중량을 기준으로 한다]띄 VDF/TFE/HFP 삼원공중합체를 포함하는 분체도료용 착색 배합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 삽원공중합체윅 융점이 약 85 내지 95℃인 배합물.
- 제2항에 있어서, PVDF수지의 용융점도가 약 6, OOD 내지 13,000poise인 배합물.
- (a)PVDF수지, 열가소성 수지, 안료 및 약 7. 1내지 5.0중량% [여기서 중량%는 배합물의 중량온 기준으로 한다]의 VDF/TFE/HFP삼원공중합체로 이루어진 혼합물을 배합시키고, (b) (a)로부터의 배합물을 펠릿화시킨 다음, (c) (b)로분터의 펠렛을 저온 연마시킹을 포함하는 착색된 분테 도료 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, (c)로부터의 입자들을 분류하여 영글 입자 크기률 35 내지 45μ으로 수득하는 방법.
- (a)제4항에 따라 제조된 도료 조성물을 기판 위에 도포시키고, (b)당해조성물을 이의 융점 이상으로 가열한 다음, (C)도포된 기관을 냉각시킴을 포함하는 기관의 도포방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 도료가 정전적 분무(electrostatic spraying)에 의해 도포되는 방법,
- 제7항에 있어서, 단계 (b)가 약 460 내지 500˚F의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
