Abstract
본 장치는 콘트롤피스톤(27)을 갖는 축방향 이동가능한 밸브 스핀들(26)을 포함하는 밸브하우징(20)을 구비한다. 밸브하우징은 압력매체원에 접속된 최소한 하나의 공급유로(21), 피스톤(35′)에 접속된 최소한 하나의 유로(22)및 최소한 하나의 배출유로(23)를 가진다. 콘트롤피스톤(27)은 피스톤(35′)에 접속된 유로(22)를 선택적으로 공급유로(21) 또는 배출유로(23)에 접속한다. 밸브스핀들(26)은 전류가 공급되는 구동코일(8)이 감긴 2개의 플랜지를 갖는 코일캐리어(9)에 접속된다. 이 구동코일은 자석(2)의 한쌍의 자극(5′, 6)사이에 배설되어 이를 통과하는 영구자장을 갖는 공극(7)내에 배설된다. 전류가 구동코일(8)을 통하여 흐를때 발생하는 주열열을 방출하기 위해 자석의 자극(5′, 6)의 영역에는 구동코일에 냉기를 공급하기 위하여 최소한 하나의 유로(68)가 배설되고, 냉기를 배기하기 위하여 최소한 하나의 유로(69)가 배설된다.

제1도는 전동장치를 갖는 유압제어장치의 축방향 단면도, 제1a도는 제1도의 코일캐리어의 확대입면도, 제2도는 제1도의 유압제어장치에 접속되는 3/2방향밸브의 축방향 단면도, 제3도는 제1도의 제어장치가 슬라이드피스톤과 일체화된 3/2방향 밸브의 축방향 단면도.
Claims (8)
- 배기밸브를 작동시키는 스트로크전송펌프 또는 왕복동연소기관의 연료분사펌프에 설치되어 압력매체에 의하여 작동되는 피스톤(35′,76)으로의 압력매체원으로 부터의 유압매체의 유동을 제어하는 장치로서, 압력매체원에 접속된 최소한 하나의 공급유로(21), 피스톤에 접속된 최소한 하나의 유로(22) 및 최소한 하나의 배출유로(23)를 갖는 밸브하우징(20)과, 콘트롤피스톤(27)을 갖는 축방향으로 이동가능한 밸브스핀들(26)을 구비하고, 콘트롤피스톤(27)은 피스톤(35′)에 접속된 유로(22)를 선택적으로 공급유로(21)또는 배출유로(23)에 접속하는 유압매체유동제어장치에 있어서, 밸브스핀들(26)에 접속된 코일캐리어(9)는 전류가 공급되어 자석(2)의 한쌍의 자극(5′, 6)사이에 영구자장이 통과하는 공극(7)내에 배설되는 구동코일(8)이 그 사이에 권취되는 2개의 플랜지(11, 12)를 가지고, 자석의 자극(5′, 6)의 영역에는 구동코일(8)에 냉기를 공급하기 위하여 최소한 하나의 유로(68)가 배설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압매체유동제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자석은 영구자석인(2)것을 특징으로 하는 유압매체유동제어장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 압력매체에 의하여 작동하는 피스톤은 3/2방향밸브의 슬라이드피스톤(42, 62)이고, 이 슬라이드피스톤의 일단은 콘트롤피스톤(54)으로 형성되어, 압력매체로 채워진 콘트롤스페이스(55)내로 돌출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압매체유동제어장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 슬라이드피스톤(42,62)의 표면상에는 2개의 콘트롤에지(51, 53)를 갖는 요면을 형성하고, 하나의 에지(53)는 콘트롤스페이스(55)와 상호 작용하고, 다른 에지(51)는 3/2방향밸브로부터의 배출유로(49, 50)와 상호 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압매체유동제어장치.
- 제3항 및 제4항에 있어서, 슬라이드피스톤(42, 62)에는 유로(59, 59′)를 형성하고, 이 유로의 일단은 3/2방향밸브의 압력매체 공급유로(43)에 접속되고, 그 타단은 스로틀(52)과 슬라이드피스톤(42, 62)의 표면상의 다른 요면을 통하여 콘트롤스페이스(55)에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압매체유동제어장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 콘트롤피스톤(27)을 갖는 밸브스핀들(26)은 3/2방향밸브의 슬라이드피스톤(62)내의 축방향 중심공(63)내에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압매체유동제어장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 밸브스핀들(26)의 콘트롤피스톤(27)영역의 슬라이드피스톤(62)에는, 축방향 중심공(63)을 콘트롤스페이스(55)로 접속하는 유로(64)와 3/2방향밸브의 배출유로(49)에 축방향 중심공(63)을 접속하는 유로(65)를 가지고, 슬라이드피스톤(62)에서 3/1방향밸브의 압력매체공급유로(43)에 접속되는 유로(59′)가 밸브스핀들(26)의 콘트롤피스톤(27)영역내로 연장되어 슬라이드피스톤(62)내의 축방향 중심공(63)내로 개구되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압매체유동제어장치.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3/2방향밸브는 왕복동연소 기관의 연료분사 장치(77)내의 압력매체에 의해 작동하는 피스톤에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압매체유동제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
