Abstract
본 발명은 모든 단량체 비율에 있어서 무정형하고, 퍼플루오로(2-부틸테트라히드로푸란) 중에서 용해될 수 있는 퍼플루오로 (1,3-디메틸-2,2-디옥솔)의 퍼플루오로(부테닐 비닐 에테르) 및 제3의 공단량체와 공중합체에 관한 것이다. 이들 공중합체는 각종 첨단 기술, 특히 용해도가 중요한, 예를 들면 기계적, 화학적 또는 환경적 위험으로부터 보호하기 위해 기판 또는 성형품을 코팅하는 경우에 적당하다. 본 발명의 이원공중합체는 동일한 단량체 비율을 갖는 퍼플루오로(1,3-디메틸-2,2-디옥솔)의 테트라플루오로에틸렌과의 이원공중합체보다 더 낮은 유리 전이 온도를 갖는다.

제1도는 중합체에 있어서 PBVE의 몰 분율에 대한 7종의 PDD/PBVE 이원공중합체(dipolymer)의 Tg값을 나타낸 도면, 제2도는 83.9몰%의 PDD 및 16.1몰%의 PBVE 로 이루어진 PDD/PBVE 이원공중합체의19F-핵 자기공명 스펙트럼, 제3도는 플루오르화 처리를 안정화시키기 전과 후에 있어서 96.5%몰 의 PDD 와 3.5몰%의 PBVE로 이루어진 PDD/PBVE 이원공중합체의 적외선 흡수 스펙트럼
Claims (5)
1 내지 99.5몰%의 퍼플루오로(2,2-디메틸-1,3-디옥솔)과, 이와 상보적인 양인 99 내지 0.5몰%의 1종 이상의 다른 공단량체와의 무정형 공중합체로서, 이 공중합체는 퍼플루오로(부테닐 비닐 에테르)와의 이원공중합체 및 퍼플루오로(부페닐 비닐 에테르) 및 제3의 공단량체와의 삼원공중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고, 여기서 제3의 공단량체는 (a) 할로겐이 불소 또는 염소이고 할로겐 원자의 반이상이 불소인 퍼할로올레핀, 또는 (b) 퍼플루오로(알킬 비닐 에테르) 일 수 있고, 제3의 공단량체가 존재하는 경우 그 양은 총 조성물의 40몰% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 공중합체.
제1항에 있어서, 공중합체가 퍼플루오로(2,2-디메틸-1,3-디옥솔)과 이와 상보적인 양의 퍼플루오로(부테닐 비닐 에테르) 와의 이원공중합체이고, 퍼플루오로(2,2-디메틸-1,3-디옥솔) 함량이 80몰%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 공중합체.
코어 및 제1항의 공중합체인 피복층으로 이루어진 광섬유
제1항의 공중합체로 봉인된 전자 부품.
적어도 한 표면상에 제1항의 공중합체가 코팅된, 렌즈, 윈도우, 광필터 및 프리즘으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 광 투과 장치.
