- 하기 몰 조성의 단량체 단위를 갖는 플루오토엘라스토머 공중합체 :VDF ………………………………………………………………… 47-80%HFP 및/또는 PAVE …………………………………………………16-30%탄소수 2내지 4의 하나 이상의 수소화 올레틴…………………2-25%
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소화올레핀이 4내지 15몰% 범위의 양으로 존재하는 공중합체.
- 하기 몰 조성의 단량체 단위를 갖는 플루오로엘라스토머 공중합체 :VDF ………………………………………………………………… 42-80%PAVE …………………………………………………………………16-30%탄소수 2내지 4의 하나 이상의 수소화 올레틴…………………2-30%
- 제3항에 있어서, 수소화올레핀이 4내지 15몰% 범위의 양으로 존재하는 공중합체.

- 제1항 내지 제4항의 플루오로엘라스토머 공중합체로부터 제조된 0-링.
- 단량체 VDF, 탄소수 2내지 4의 수소화올레핀, HFP 및/또는 PAVE의 혼합물을 통상적인 기술에 따라 에밀션 공중합을 행하여 제1항 내지 제5항의 공중합체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 하기 조건하에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법 : (a) 중합반응기 내의 액상과 접촉하는 기상의 올레핀 단량체의 물 농도가, 0에서부터 중합 반응이 시작될 때 확정되는 올레핀 평형농도 값까지 되도록 하는 농도 조건 ; 및 (b) 얻어지는 공중합체가 5몰%를 초과하는 올레핀 단량체 함량을 갖는 최소한의 중합조건하에서, 중합 매질로서 피플루오로폴리옥시알킬렌과 물로 구성된 마이크로에밀션의 존재하에서 수행되는 조건.
- 제7항에 있어서, 반응기내의 액상과 접촉하는 기상의 올레핀 단량체의 물 농도가 중합반응이 시작될때 확정되는 평형농도값 보다 크지만, 중합속도는 5이상의 무늬점도 (1+10, 120℃)를 갖는 공중합체를 제공하도록 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 올레핀 단량체가 에틸렌으로 구성되어있고, 반응기내의 기상중의 에틸렌 농도가 존재하는 다른 모든 단량체에 대하여 1몰% 이하인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 기상중의 에틸렌 농도 범위가 다른 단량체들에 대하여 0내지 0.5몰%인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 기상중의 에틸렌 농도 범위가 다른 단량체들에 대하여 0내지 4몰%인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
