Abstract

본 발명은 과산화수소를 생성하기 위한 안트라퀴논 공정의 수소화반응 순환로의 팔라듐 블랙을 함유하는 사용액(woring solution)으로부터 촉매ㅡ유리된 사용액을 분리하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
본발명에 의해 제기되는 문제는 공정 비용을 감소시키기 위해 이미 필터 캔들을 사용하여 수행되고 있는, Pd블랙을 함유하는 수소화반응 순화로로부터 척매ㅡ유리된 사용액의 분리를 개선시키는 것이다.
이 문제는 평균 공극직경이 0.1내지3.0um인, 세라믹물질, 더욱특히 aㅡ알루미늄 산화물 또는 폴리올레핀의 필터막을 포함한 직교류 원리로 작동하는 마이크로필터를 사용함으로써 해결된다. 직교류 속도는 일반적으로0.5내지5m/s이다,

Claims (3)

  1. 평균 공극 직경이0.1내지3.0um인 세라믹물질 또는 폴리올레핀의 필터막을 포함한 직교류 원리로 작동되는 마이크로필터를 분리를 위해 사용함을 특징으로 하는, 보유면과 투과면 사이의 차압이 주기적 기준으로 재빨리 반전되는 마이크로필터를 사용하여 과산화수소를 생성하기 위한 안트리퀴논 공정의 수소화반응 순환로의 필라듐 블랙을 함유하는 사용액(working solution)으로부터 촉매ㅡ 유리된 사용액을 제거하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 막의 주성분이 aㅡ 일루미늄 산화물이고 막의 공극의 평균 직경이0.1내지1,0um,보다 특히는 0.1내지0.5um범위인 방법.
  3. 제1항또는 제2항에 있어서, 횡단의 여과 방향의 유속이 0.5내지5m/s인 방법.
