Claims (12)

  1. 액정증합체가 75℃이상의 Tg 및 Tg와 Tni사이에에서 5000Pa·s 이하의 회전점성도()를 가진 비가교된 액정증합체 것을 특징으로하는 액정증합체로 구성된 비틀림 네마틱필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비교가 액정증합체가 Tg 및 Tg와 Tni사이에에서 600Pa·s 이하의 회전점성도()를 가지는 것을 특징으로하는 액정증합체로 구성된 비틀림 네마틱필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 액정증합체가 액정측쇄 폴리우레탄 또는 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정증합체로 구성된 비틀림 네마틱필름.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 액정증합체가 다음 일반식 1을 만족하는 메소겐그룹으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 액정증합체로 구성된 비틀림 네마틱필름.
    상기 식에서; R1는 -할로겐, -R2, -OR2,,-CN 또는 -CF3;R2는 -H 또는 1~3개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬그룹; R3는 R1과 동일한 그룹을 표시하지만 R1과는 독립적으로 선택된다; Q는 메소겐그룹을 중합체 주사슬에 연결하는 단량체이다; n은 0 또는 1; Y는 0~3의 정수; P는 2~4의 정수; R4는 1~12개의 탄소원자를 가지는 알킬그룹이다; X는 1~6의 정수; Z=-C=N-, -N=C-,,
  5. 액정재료가 75℃이상의 인Tg 및 Tg와 Tni사이에에서 5000Pa·s 이하의 회전점성도()를 가진 비가교된 액정증합체로 구성되는 상이한 배향방향의 두개의 배향기판재료들 사이에 액정재료가 배치되는 것을 특징으로하는 비틀림 네마틱필름을 제조하는 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 액정증합체가 액정측쇄 폴리우레탄 또는 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 비틀림 네마틱필름을 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 액정측쇄 증합체가 다음 일반식1을 만족하는 메소겐그룹으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비틀림 네마틱필름을 제조하는 방법.
    상기 식에서; R1는 -할로겐, -R2, -OR2,,-CN 또는 -CF3;R2는 -H 또는 1~3개의 탄소원자를 가진 알킬그룹; R3는 R1과 동일한 그룹을 표시하지만 R1과는 독립적으로 선택된다; Q는 메소겐그룹을 중합체 주사슬에 연결하는 단량체이다; n은 0 또는 1; Y는 0~3의 정수; P는 2~4의 정수; R4는 1~12개의 탄소원자를 가지는 알킬그룹이다; X는 1~6의 정수; Z=-C=N-, -N=C-,,
  8. 액정증합체가 비가교되고 75℃이상의 Tg 및 Tg와 Tni사이에에서 5000Pa·s 이하의 회전점성도()를 가지는 액정단량체 혼합물로부터 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정증합체로 구성된 비틀림 네마틱필름.
  9. 재료가 비틀림구조를 형성하기 위해 배향되고 증합화하는 액정이관능성 단량체 혼합물의 회전점성도()가 Tg 및 Tg와 Tni사이에서 5000Pa·s이하이고 결과 증합체의 Tg가 75℃이상이며 액정재료가 상이한 배향방향인 두개의 배향기판재료들 사이에 배치되는것을 특징으로 하는 비틀림 네마틱필름을 제조하는 방법.
  10. 광학데이타저장을 위한 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 것을 특징으로하는 비틀림 네마틱필름의 용도.
  11. 기록가능한 콤팩티디스크에서의 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 따른 비틀림 네마틱필름의 용도.
  12. 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제7항중 어느 한항에 잇어서, 비틀림 네마틱ㅍㄹ름에서 두개의 기판재료들 사이에 배치된 비틀림 네마틱 액정재료로부터 형성된 액정셀, 비틀림 네마틱필름, 및 각기 수동비틀림 네마틱필름 및 액정셀의 외부면에 배치되 한쌍의 편광기로 구성되어 있는 거을 특징으로하는 디스플레이장치.
