Abstract

합성윤활유는 히드록시카르복실산 폴리올 에스테르 (A) 및 1종 이상의 지방족 모노카르복실산(B)로 부터 수득하거나, 상기(A)및 (B)와 2개 이상의 카르복실기를 지닌 지방족 카르복실산 (C) 또는 2개 이상의 카르복실기를 지닌 지방족 카르복실산(C)과 지방족 다가 알코올(D)과 지방족 다가 알코올(D)의 혼합물로 부터 수득할 수 있는 에스테르화 생성물을 함유한다.

Claims (20)

  1. 히드록시카르복실산 폴리올 에스테르 (A)및 1종 이상의 지방족 모노카르복실산(B)로 부터 수득하거나, 상기(A)및 (B)와 2개 이상의 카르복실기를 지닌 지방족 카르복실산 (C) 또는 2개 이상의 카르복실기를 지닌 지방족 카르복실산(C)과 지방족 다가 알코올(D)과 지방족 다가 알코올(D)의 혼합물로 부터 수득할 수 있는 에스테르화 생성물을 포함하는 합성 윤활유.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 에스테르화 생성물이 5내지 1,000 cSt범위의 40℃에서 결정한 동적 점도(kinematic viscosity)를 갖는 합성 윤활유.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 히드록시카르복실산 폴리올 에스테르 (A)가 히드록시카르복실산 알킬렌 글리콜 에스테르인 합성 윤활유.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 히드록시카르복실산 알킬렌 글리콜 에스테르가 하기식의 합성 윤활유.
    HOCH2C(CH3)COOCH2C(CH3)2CH2OH
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 수소 함유 플루오로알칼 냉매 분위기에서 사용되는 냉동기오일인 합성 윤활유.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 수소 함유 플루오로알칼 냉매가 1, 1, 1, 2-테트라플루오로에탄, 1, 1, 2, 2-테트라풀루오로에탄, 1, 1, 1, 2, 2-펜타플루오로에탄, 1,1-디플루오로에탄, 디플루오로메탄 또는 이들의 혼합물인 합성 윤활유.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 히드록시카르복실산 폴리올 에스테르(A)가 (i)하기식으로 표시되는 히드록시카르복실산(A1)
    HO-R1-COOH
    (상기식에서, R1은 C1∼C7직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬렌기이다)과 하기의 것들로 구성된 군에서 선택한 플리히드록시 화합물 (A2)을 에스테르화 반응시켜 수득한 모노-, 디- 또는 폴리에스테르 화합물; 네오펜틸 글리콘, 2,2-디에틸-1,3-프로판디올, 2-부틸-2-에틸-1, 3-프로판디올, 트리메틸올에탄, 트리메틸올프로판, 디트리메틸올프로판, 펜타에리트리톨, 디펜타에리트리톨, 트리펜타에리트리톨, 에틸렌 글리콜, 디엔틸렌 글리콜, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 프로필렌 글리콜,디프로필렌 글리콜, 폴리프로필렌 글리콜, 2-에틸-1, 3-헥산디올, 글리세롤, 디글리세롤, 폴리글리세롤, 1,2,3-부탄트리올, 1,2,6-헥산트리올, 소르비톨 및 만니톨 등등; 또는 (ii)하가식으로 표시되는 히드록시알킬 알데히드 (A3)의 자기 축합반응(self-condensation)에 의해 수득한 모노에스테르 화합물:
    HO-R3-CHO
    (상기에서, R3은 C1∼C4직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬렌기이다)인 합성 윤활유.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 히드록시카르복실산 폴리올 에스테르 (A)가 모노-, 디- 또는 폴리에스테르 화합물(i)인 합성 윤활유.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 히드록시카르복실산 폴리올 에스테르(A)가 HO-C(CH3)2-COOH및 HO-CH2-C(CH3)2-COOH로 구성된 군에서 선택한 히드록시 카르복실산(A1)과 트리메틸올 프로판, 네오펜틸 글리콜 및 펜타에리트리톨로 구성된 군에서 선택한 폴리에스테르 화합물(A2)의 에스테르화 반응에 의해 수득한 모노-, 디- 또는 폴리에스테르 화합물인 합성 윤활유.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 히드록시카르복실산 폴리올 에스테르(A)가 모노에스테르 화합물 (ii)인 합성 윤활유.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 히드록시카르복실산 폴리올 에스테르(A)가 HO-CH2-C(CH3)2-CHO의 자기 축합반응에 의해 수득한 모노에스테르 화합물인 합성 윤활유.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 지방족 모노카르복실산 (B)가 하기식으로 표시되는 화합물인 합성 윤활유;
    R4-COOH
    (상기에서, R4은 C1∼C11직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬기이다).
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 지방족 모노카르복실산 (B)가 하기식으로 표시되는 화합물인 합성 윤활유;
    R4-COOH
    (상기에서, R4는 CH3-, CH3-(CH2)4-CH3-(CH|2)5-, CH3-(CH2)6-, CH3-(CH2)|7-, CH3-CH2-C(CH3)2-, CH3-(CH2)3-CH(C2H5)- 또는 CH3-C(CH3)2-CH2-CH(CH3)-CH|2-이다.)
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 히드록시카르복실산 폴리올 에스테르(A), 1종 이상의 지방족 모노카르복실산(B) 및 2개 이상의 카르복실기를 지닌 지방족 카르복실산 (C)로 부터 수득한 합성 윤활유.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 2개 이상의 카르복실기를 지닌 지방족 카르복실산(C)가 옥살산 또는 하기식으로 표시되는 디카르복실산인 합성 윤활유:
    HOOC-R5-COOH
    (상기에서, R5은 C1∼C8직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬렌기이다).
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 지방족 폴리카르복실산(C)가 숙신산 또는 아디프사닌 합성 윤활유.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 히드록시카르복실산 폴리올 에스테르(A), 1종 이상의 지방족 모노카르복실산(B), 2개 이상의 카르복실기를 지닌 지방족 카르복실산(C) 및 지방족 다가 알코올(D)로 부터 수득한 합성 윤활유.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 지방족 다가 알코올(D)이 하기의 것들로 구성된 군에서 선택한 화합물인 합성 윤활유: 네오펜틸 글리콜, 2,2-디에틸-1,3-프로판디올, 2-부틸-2-에틸-1, 3-프로판디올, 트리메틸올에탄, 트리메틸올프로판, 디트리메틸올프로판, 펜타에리트리톨, 디펜타에리트리톨, 트리펜타에리트리톨, 에틸렌 글리콜, 디엔틸렌 글리콜, 2-에틸-1, 3-헥산디올, 글리세롤, 디글리세롤, 폴리글리세롤, 1,2,4-부탄트리올, 1,2,6-헥산트리올, 소르비톨 및 만니톨.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 지방족 다가 알코올(D)이 네오펜틸 글리콜 또는 트리메틸을 프로판인 합성 윤활유.
  20. 하기식의 화합물을 포함하는 합성 윤활유:
    (상기에서, n은 0 내지 4의 정수이고; D는 -OC-CO-이거나 하기식의 잔기이며; -OC-R6-CO-(상기에서, R5은 C1∼C8직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬렌기이다); B1및 B2는 독립적으로 하기식의 잔기이고
    (상기에서, a,b,c및 d는 독립적으로 0 또는 1이고;p및 q는 독립적으로 0,1,2 또는 3이며; R7은 -O-기를 함유할 수 있는 2가, 3가, 4가, 5가 또는 6가 C1∼C12직쇄 또는 측쇄 포화 탄화수소기이고; R8은 C1∼C7직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬렌기이다); 단, B1및 B2는 동시에 하기식을 갖지 않는다.
