Abstract

본 발명은 (a) 측쇄 알콜 함량이 50몰% 이상인 탄소수 4 내지 18의 일가 알콜 및/또는 탄소수 30이하의 네오펜틸 폴리올, (b) 평균 중합도가 1.2이상인 하이드록시카복실산 축합물 및 (c) 측쇄 카복실산 함량이 50몰% 이상인 탄소수 4 내지 18의 모노카복실산으로부터 유도된 에스테르를 함유하는 합성 윤활유에 관한 것이다.

Claims (15)

  1. (a) 측쇄 알콜 함량이 50몰% 이상인 탄소수 4 내지 18의 일가 알콜 및/또는 탄소수 30이하의 네오펜틸 폴리올, (b) 평균중합도가 1.2이상인 하이드록시카복실산 축합물, (c) 측쇄 카복실산 함량이 50몰% 이상인 탄소수 4 내지 18의 모노카복실산으로부터 유도된 에스테르를 함유하는 합성 윤활유.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 측쇄 알콜이 측쇄로서 메틸 그룹 또는 에틸 그룹을 갖는 합성 윤활제.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 측쇄 알콜이 하이드록실 그룹에 대해 2번 위치에 있는 탄소원자에 결합된 메틸 또는 에틸 그룹을 갖는 합성 윤활유.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (a)의 네오펜틸 폴리올이 네오펜틸 글리콜, 트리메틸올에탄, 트리메틸올프로판, 디트리메틸올프로판, 트리트리메틸올프로판, 트리메틸올부탄, 펜타에리트리톨, 디펜타에리트리톨, 및 트리펜타에리트로톨로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 화합물인 합성 윤활유.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 하이드록시카복실산 축합이 일반식(1)의 하이드록시카복실산의 축합물인 합성 윤화유.
    상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 수소 원자, 하이드록실 그룹, -CH2OH 그룹, 또는 알킬 그룹이고, 단 R1및 R2중 하나가 수소 원자인 경우 다른 하나는 수소 원자가 아니다.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 하이드록시카복실산 축합물이 디하이드록시카복실산의 축하물이거나 디하이드록시 카복실산과 일반식(1)의 또다른 하이드록시카복실산과의 축합물인 합성 윤활유.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 디하이드록시카복실산이 디메틸올프로피온산인 합성 윤활유.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 하이드록시카복실산 축합물이 일반식 (2)의 2-하이드록시카복실산의 축합물이거나 2-하이드록시카복실산과 일반식(1)의 또다른 하이드록시카복실산과의 축합물인 합성 윤활유.
    상기식에서, R3및 R4는 각각 수소 원자, 하이드록실 그룹, 또는 알킬 그룹이고, 단 R3및 R4중 하나가 수소 원자인 경우 다른 하나는 수소 원자가 아니다.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 2-하이드록시카복실산이 2-하이드록시이소부타노산인 합성 윤활유.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 측쇄 모노카복실산이 2번 위치 탄소원자에 결합된 측쇄를 갖는 합성 윤활유.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 측좨 모노카복실산이 측쇄로서 메틸 또는 에틸 그룹을 갖는 합성 윤활유.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (a) 대 성분 (b)의 몰비가 1:0.2 내지 1:20인 합성 윤활유.
  13. (a) 측쇄 알콜 함량이 50몰% 이상인 탄소수 4 내지 18의 일가 알콜 및/또는 탄소수 30이하의 네오펜틸 폴리올, (b) 평균 중합도가 1.2이상인 하이드록시카복실산 축합물, 및 (c) 측쇄카복실산 함량이 50몰% 이상인 탄소수 4 내지 18의 모노카복실산으로부터 유도된 에스테르를 함유하는 합성 윤활유 및 염소-비함유 하이드로플루오로카본을 1:99 내지 99:1의 중량비로 함유하는, 냉동기용 작동 유체 조성물.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 합성 윤활유 대 염소-비함유 하이드로 플루오로카본의 중량비가 5:95 내지 70:30인 작동 유체 조성물.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 염소-비함유 하이드로플루오로카본이 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄, 디플루오로메탄, 또는 1,1,1,2,2-펜타플루오로에탄인 작동 유체 조성물.
