Abstract
본 발명은 초연삭성 물질, 경화된 중합체로서 (Ⅰ)유리전이온도(Tg)가 약280℃이상이고 (Ⅱ) 약 180℃이상에서 장시간 동안 내열성을 지니는 비스말레이미드-트라이진 부가 공증합체수지, 자유 라디칼 발생 개시제, 및 바람직하게는 촉매를 포함하는 개선된 연마용 초연삭 조성물에 관한 것이다. 당해 초연삭성 연삭 조성물은 고성능의 절삭 휠에서 절삭 변부로서 특히 유용하다.

Claims (31)
- 초연삭성 물질(superabrasive materical), (Ⅰ)유리이전온도(Tg)가 약280℃이상이고 (Ⅱ) 약 180℃이상에서 장시간 동안 내열성을 지닌 경화된 중합체로서의 비스말레이미드-트라이진 부가 공증합체수지, 자유 라디칼 발생 개시제를 포함하는 연삭 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 초연삭성 물질이 크누우프 경도(knoop hardness)가 약 3000kg/mm2이상인 연삭 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 초연삭성 물질이 다이아몬드, 등방정계 질화붕소 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 연삭 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 초연삭성 물질이 피복된 금속인 연삭 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 피복물이 닉켈인 연삭 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제2연삭제를 추가로 함유하는 연삭 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 제2연삭제가 소결된 알루미나인 연삭 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 초연삭성 물질이 조성물의 약 5내지 40용적%의 양으로 존재하는 연삭 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비스말레이미드-트리아진 수지가 조성물의 약 35 내지 60용적%의 양으로 존재하는 연삭 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 비스말레이미드-트리아지 수지가 조성물의 약 45 내지 55용적%의 양으로 존재하는 연삭 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 개시제가 과산화물 및 아조 개시제로 이루어지 그룹중에서 선택되는 연삭 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 과산화물이 디큐밀 퍼옥사이드인 연삭 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수지의 경화를 촉진시키시 위한 촉매를 추가로 포함하는 연삭 조성물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 촉매가 금속 유기염, 아님 및 이들의 배합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 연삭 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 촉매가 아연 옥토에이트 철 아세틸 아세토네이트로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 금속유기염인 연삭 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서 , 촉매가 트리에틸렌 및 디아민 및 N,N-디메틸 벤질아민으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 아민인 연삭 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충진제 물질을 추가로 함유하는 연삭 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 충진제 물질이 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 탄화규소, 흑연 및 몰리브덴 디설파이드로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되는 연삭 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 충진제 물질이 조성물의 약 20 내지 40용적%의 양으로 존재하는 연삭 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 충진제 물질이 제2연삭제인 연삭 조성물.
- 제20항에 있어서, 제2연삭제가 소결된 알루미나인 연삭 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수분 흡수용 물질을 추가로 함유하는 연삭 조성물.
- 제22항에 있어서, 수분 흡수용 물질이 석회인 연삭 조성물.
- 제23항에 있어서 석회가 조성물의 약 1내지 5용적%의 양으로 존재하는 연삭 조성물.
- 다이아몬드 또는 등정방계 질화붕소 중에서 선택된 초연삭성 물질, 비스말레이미드-트리아진 부가 공중합체 수지, 자유 라디칼 발생 개시제, 수지 경화용 촉매 및 충진제를 포함하는 연삭 조성물.
- 제25항에 있어서, 초연삭성 물질이 조성물의 약 5내지 40용적%의 양으로 존재하고, 비스말레이미드-트리아진 수지가 조성물의 약 35내지 60용적%의 양으로 존재하며, 개시제가 수지의 약 0.01내지 1중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 촉매의 수지가 약 0.01내지 1중량%의 양으로 존재하며, 충진제가 조성물의 약 20내지 40용적%의 양으로 존재하는 연삭 조성물.
- 제25항에 있어서, 초연삭성 물질이 조성물의 약 10내지 25용적%의 양으로 존재하고, 비스말레이미드-트리아진 수지가 조성물의 약 45내지 55용적%의 양으로 존재하며, 개시제가 과산화물이고, 촉매가 금속 유기염이며, 충진제가 조성물의 약 25내지 35용적%의 양으로 존재하는 연삭 조성물.
- 내부 코어 부분과 제1항에 따르는 연삭 조성물로 구성된 기타 환형 절삭 변부 부분을 갖는 절삭 휠(cutting wheel).
- 내부 코어 부분과 제25항에 따르는 연삭 조성물로 구성된 기타 환형 절삭 변부 부분을 갖는 절삭 휠.
- 내부 코어 부분과 제1항에 따르는 연삭 조성물로 구성된 기타 환형 연마 부분을 갖는 연마 휠.
