Abstract

사용자가 끓임요리와 튀김요리를 선택하지 않더라도 자동적으로 최적의 가열정지제어를 할 수 있도록 한 곤로의 제어장치에 관한 것으로, 곤로버너(2)의 소화동작을 위한 커트온도를 평형검출온도에 의거하여 결정하는 끓인요리커트동작과,끓임요리커트동작에 의한 커트온도보다 고온인 커트온도를 결정하는 튀김요리커트동작을, 온도센서(2a)에 의한 검지온도의 소정온도간의 초기온도상승시간과 평형검출의 유무에 대응하여 선택하는 구성으로 한 곤로의 제어장치이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 가열수단에 의하여 가열되는 조리용기에 접촉하는 온도센서를 구비하고, 상기 온도센서의 검지온도에 의거하여 상기 가열수단의 가열력을 억제하는 곤로의 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 검지온도의 소정온도간의 상승시간을 계시하는 계시수단과, 상기 조리용기내의 조리물의 온도가 평형상태에 있는 것을 상기 온도센서의 검지 온도에 의거하여 검출하는 평형검출수단을 가지며, 상기 가열수단의 가열력을 억제하기 위한 기준온도를 상기 평형검출 수단에 의하여 평형상태가 검출되었을 때의 평형검출온도에 의거하여 결정하는 제1제어동작과, 상기 기준온도를 상기 제1소정온도에 의한 기준온도보다 고온의 소정온도로 결정하는 제2제어동작을, 상기 계시수단의 계시시간과 상기 평형검출수단에 의한 평형검출의 유무에 의하여 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 곤로의 제어장치.
