Abstract

본 발명은 (A)폴리아세탈 수지100중량부, (B)용융 유동온도가 210℃이하인 포릴알킬렌 테레프탈레이트 코폴리머 0.1내지 50중량부, (C)연질성 폴리머로 구성되는 폴리머 셀을 가진 코아-셀 폴리머 0.1내지 50중량부로 구성되어 성형품의 형태에 있어서 표면 불투명성이 우수하고 전사성 및 접착성이 우수하며 폴리아세탈이 원래 보유하는 기계적 특성 및 성형성을 유지하는 폴리아세탈 수지조성물과 그 성형품을 제공한다.

Claims (12)

  1. (A)폴리아세탈 수지100중량부, (B)용융 유동온도 210℃이하인 포릴알킬렌 테레프탈레이트 코폴리머 0.1내지 50중량부, (C)연질성 폴리머로 구성되는 코아 및 비닐계 코폴리머로 구성되는 폴리머의 셀을 가진 코아-셀 폴리머 0.1내지 50중량부로 구성되는 폴리아세탈 수지조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트 코폴리머(B)를 구성하는 산성분이 테레프탈산 또는 이소프탈산, 나프탈렌디카르복실산 및 아디핀산으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 1종과 테레프탈산인 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물.
  3. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리알킬레 테레프탈레이트 코폴리머(B)를 구성하는 디올 성분이 1,4-부탄디올이나 에틸렌글리콜 또는 에틸렌글리콜(1,4-부탄디올 사용시), 디에틸렌 글리콜 및 1,4-시콜로헥산디메탈올로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 1종과 1,4-부탄디올이나 에틸렌 글리콜인 폴리아세탈 수지조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트 코폴리머(B)가 테레프탈산 60내지 90몰%및 이소프탈산 10내지 40몰% 구성되는 산성분과, 1,4-부탄디올 및/또는 에틸렌 글리콜과 1,4-시클로헥산디메탈올의 혼합물로 구성되는 디올성분을 공중합하여 제조되는 폴리아세탈 수지조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코아-셀 폴리머(C)가 산소함유 극성기를 가진 비닐게 코폴리머로 구성되는 폴리머셀인 폴리아세탈 수지조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 코아-셀 폴리머(C)의 셀 부분을 구성하는 산소함유 극성기를 가진 상기 비닐계 코폴리머가 하나의 구성 성분으로서 분자내에 2개 이상의 산소함유 극성기를 가진 알콜의 (메타)아크릴레이트인 폴리아세탈 수지조성물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 코아-셀 폴리머(C)의 셀 부분의 산소함유 극성기가 히드록실기 및/또는 글리시딜기인 폴리아세탈 수지조성물.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 코아-셀 폴리머(C)의 셀 부분의 상기(메타)아크릴레이트가히드록시에틸 메타아크릴레이트 또는 글리시딜 메타아크릴레이트인 폴리아세탈 수지조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코아-셀 폴리머(C)가 비이온성 계면활성제 또는 올리고머 계면활성제를 사용하는 유화 중합반으로 제조되는 폴리아세탈 수지조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 또는 이소티오시아네이트 화합물 또는 그 유도체(D) 0.1내지 10중량부가 추가적으로 배합되는 폴리아세탈 수지조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 또는 이소티오시아네이트 화합물 또는 그 유도체(D)가 디이소시아네이트 화합물, 디이소티오시아네이트 화합물 또는 또는 그 다이머 또는 트리머인 폴리아세탈 수지조성물.
  12. 제1항에 따른 조성물을 성형하여 제조되는 저광택의 폴리아세탈 수지조성물의 성형품.
