Abstract

본 발명은 전압변동이나 온도변화에 관계없이 마그네트론의 출력이 항상 일정하게 유지되도록 하는 전자레인지의 출력안정화회로 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 이러한 본 발명은 전류트랜스(CT2)에 의해 검출된 마그네트론 (MGT)의 양극전류값을 배합회로(5)를 통해 마이콤(10)에 입력시키고, 마이콤(10)에서는 이 값을 정격 양극전륭과 비교하여 정격전류량이 적으면 출력데이타를 감소시켜 병렬저항(RO-R4)값을 크게 함으로써 비교기(CDMP1)의 기준전압을 상승시키고, 검출전류값이 정격전류값보다 많으면 출력데이타를 증가시켜 상기 기준전압을 하강시키게 된다.

제3도는 본 발명을 적용시킨 전자레인지의 출력 안정화 회로도.
제4도는 본 발명의 출력안정화 방법을 보인 신호흐름도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 빠른 스위칭 동작으로 고압트랜스(HVT)에서 고압을 발생시켜 마그레트론(MGT)을 발전시키고, 고압트랜스(HVT)의 1차측 코일에 흐르는 전류량을 감지하여 기준치와 비교한 후 마그네트론(MGT)의 출력을 조절하는 출력제어부(4)와 마그네트론(MGT)의 양극전류량을 감지하여 배압정류하는 배합회로(5)를 구비한 전자레인지에 있어서, 상기 배압회로(5)의 출력단을 마이콤(10)의 입력단자(A/D)에 연결하고, 마이콤의(10)의 출력단자(P0-P4)는 서로 병렬로 접속된 각 저항(R0-R4)을 통해 출력제어부(4)의 비교기(COMP1)의 기준전압 입력단자에 연결하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자레인지의 출력 안정화회로.
  2. 측정된 마그네트론의 양극 전류량이 초기발진시의 설정전류량보다 많고 단락시의 설정전류량보다 적을 경우에 측정된 양극 전류량을 정격 양극전류량과 비교하는 단계와, 측정된 양극 전류량이 정격 전류량보다 적을 경우에 출력데이타를 감소시켜 마그네트론 출력제어용 비교기의 기준전압을 상승시키고, 측정전류량이 정격전류량보다 많을 경우에는 출력데이타를 증가시켜 기준전압을 하강시킴으로써 마그네트론의 양극 전류량을 항상일정하게 유지시키는 단계로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 레인지의 출력 안정화 방법.
