Abstract

본 발명은 SRM의 위치 검출장치에 관한 것으로, 회전자에 취부되는 디스크 (13)에 하나의 센(S)를 부착하고, 한 상이 여자될때마다 그 센서(S)의 회전에 의해 한 주기의 펄스가 생성되게 하며, 그 펄스를 시프트레지스터(300)의 클럭신호(CLK)로 공급하고, 상기 시프트레지스터(300)의 출력신호를 논리조합하여 그 논리조합된 신호로 A-C상을 순차 여자되게 함으로써 하나의 센서를 이용하여 위치를 검출할 수 있게 한 것이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 6개의 고정자(stator)와 4개의 회전자를 갖는 일반적인 SRM의 개략도.
제2도는 3개의 센서를 갖는 일반적인 센서용 디스크의 개략도.
제3도는 (가)내지 (바)는 일반적인 에스 알 엠의 여자 논리 파형도.
제4도는 본 발명 에스 알 엠의 위치 검출 회로도.
제5도는 제4도에서 시프트레지스터의 상세회로도.
제6도는 본 발명에 적용되느느 센서용 디스크의 개략도.

Claims (2)

  1. 전원이 공급되는 초기시 소정시간동안 소정의 상을 일정시간동안 여자시키기 위한 전위를 출력하는 초기 여자부(100)와, 센서부로부터 입력되는 위치 검출신호와 상기 초기 여자부(100)의 출력신호를 앤드조합하여 클럭신호(CLK)로 출력하는 클럭신호 발생부(200)와, 상기 클럭신호 발생부(200)의 출력신호에 따라 상 여자 제어용 펄스를 순차 출력하는 시프트레지스터(300)와, 상기 시프트레지스터(300)의 출력신호에 따라 A-C상을 순차적으로 여자시키는 여자 제어부(400)로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 에스 알 엠의 위치 검출 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 회전자(11)와 고정자(12)가 정렬되었을때 디스크(13)의 중심에서 회전 반대방향으로 소정각도 어긋나는 위치에 센서(S)를 취부시켜 한 상이 여자될때마다 한주기의 클럭펄스를 발생되게 센서부를 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 에스 알 엠의 위치 검출 장치.
