Abstract

본 발명에 의한 회로차단기의 차단구조물은, 각 극에 대해 누름버튼(20)내에 수용된 접점브리지(17)를 구비하고 있으며, 이 누름버튼은 회로차단기박스에 장착된 고정케이지(21)안으로 안내되고, 상기 고정케이지는 접점브리지용의 통과창(24)과 브리지용의 상부스토퍼(26)에 끼워맞춤되어 텔리스코픽형 부조립체를 구성하고 있다.

제2도는 차단구조물의 제1실시예를 도시한 정면도.
제3도는 회로차단기박스의 인접소자를 부분적으로 도시한 차단구조물의 제2실시예의 정면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 회로차단기박스내에, 각극에 대해, 고정접점과 접촉하는 가동접점브리지와 접점압압스프링을 구비하여, 접점개폐기구에 고정된 누름버튼에 의해 상기 스프링에 대항해서 상기 브리지를 누르도록 구성된 회로차단기의 차단구조물에 있어서, 상기 접점브리지(17)의 상기 누름버튼(20)은 회로차단기박스(10)내에 장착된 고정케이지(21)안으로 안내되며, 상기 케이지는 상기 접점브리지용의 통과창(24)을 구비하고, 상기 통과창은, 전기역학적 반발의 경우 상기 개폐기구의 작용하여 상기 접촉브리지의 변위를 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기의 차단구조물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정케이지(21)는, 상기 접점압압스프링(28)이 물러나는 방향에 상기 접점브리지(17)용의 스토퍼(26)를 지니고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기의 차단구조물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 누름버튼(20)은, 상기 접점브리지(17)를 지지하는 동시에, 상기 접점 부리지의 상기 누름버튼안으로의 도입과 상기 누름버튼에 대해 상기 브리지의 각간극을 허용할 수 있는 크기를 지닌 적어도 1개의 포트(32)를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기의 차단구조물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 케이지(21)는 절연성의 측면날개(38)를 지닌 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기의 차단 구조물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 절연성의 측면날개(38)는 지느러미형상의 아크소멸용 조립체(39)의 개방영역에 의해 포위되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기의 차단구조물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고정케이지(21)는 상기 회로차단기박스(10)의 장착기저부(18)상에 위치된 기저벽(22)을 지니고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기의 차단구조물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 케이지(21)의 기저벽(22)과 상기 회로차단기박스(10)의 장착기저부(18)사이에는, 차단실(36)(37)을 서로 접속하는 평평한 디플렉터(35)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기의 차단구조물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고정케이지(21)의 재료는 상기 회로차단기박스(10)의 인접 영역과 재료와 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기의 차단구조물.
