Abstract
초음파 모우터에 정착하였을때, 내마모성이 뛰어나고, 더구나 연속운전에 있어서도, 회전의 급격한 저하현상이 발생하지 않는 마찰재 조성물 및 그 제조 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명의 마찰재 조성물은, 적어도 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 탄소섬유, 이 폴리아크리로니트릴계 탄소섬유 이외의 섬유 성분 및 열경화성 수지를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이며, 또한, 본 발명의 마찰재 조성물의 제조방법은, 적어도 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 탄소섬유, 이 폴리아크릴로니트릴게 탄소섬유 이외의 섬유 성분 및 열경화성 수지를 분산매중에서 분산한 후, 여과재 상에 여과 채취하여, 얻어진 시이트 형상물을 가열 가압 성형에 붙이는 것을 특징으로 한다.

제1도는 실시예1의 마찰재 조성물을 초음파 모우터에 장착하에서 실시한 연속운전에서의 300시간 경과시의 회전수의 추이를 나타낸 그래프, 제2도는 비교예1의 마찰재 조성물을 초음파 모우터에 장착하에서 실시한 연속운전에서의 300시간 경과시의 회전수의 추이를 나타낸 그래프, 제3도는 비교예2의 마찰재 조성물을 초음파 모우터에 장착하에서 실시한 연속운전에서의 300시간 경과시의 회전수의 추이를 나타낸 그래프.
Claims (7)
- 적어도 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 탄소섬유, 이 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 탄소섬유 이외의 섬유 성분 및 열경화성 수지를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 탄소섬유는, 그 섬유길이가 1㎜이상의 것인 마찰재 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 탄소섬유 이외의 섬유성분이 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유, 페놀섬유, 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 섬유, 또는 암면섬유인 마찰재 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열경화성 수지가, 폴리이미드 수지, 페놀수지, 고무변성 페놀수지, 고무변성 페놀수지, 에폭시 수지, 요소수지, 또는 폴리우레탄 수지인 마찰재 조성물
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 탄소섬유를 5내지 60체적%, 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 탄소섬유 이외의 섬유성분을 2내지 75체적%, 열경화성 수지를 20내지 80체적% 함유하는 마찰재 조성물.
- 적어도 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 탄소섬유, 이 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 탄소섬유 이외의 섬유 성분 및 열경화성 수지를 분산매중에서 분산한 후, 여과재 상에 여과 채취하여, 얻어진 시이트 형상물을 가열 가압 성형에 붙이는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰재 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 분산매는 물인 마찰재 조성무르이 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
