Abstract
본 발명은 혼합가스로부터 특정성분가스를 분리하는 방법 및 그에 이용하는 장치에 관한 것으로써, 입자상흡착제를 밀봉공간내에 층상으로 저장하고 상기 입자상흡착제의 층내에 원료가스를 불러넣어서 입자상흡착제와 원료가스를 향류접촉시켜 흡착이 수월한 가스를 입자상흡착제에 흡착시키고 이 입자상흡착제를 서서히 이동시켜서 상기 일봉공간밖으로 꺼내어 입자상흡착제에서 상기 흡착이 수월한 가스를 탈착시켜서 입자상흡착제를 재생하고 재생한 입자상흡착제를 상기 밀봉공간내로 되돌려서 반복하여 사용하도록 한것이다. 이 때문에 종래와 같이 빈번한 밸브의 개폐가 불필요해지고 순도가 높은 우수한 제품가스를 안정되게 분리제조할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 한 실시예의 구성도, 제2도는 제1도에 있어서 둥근표시가 된 부분(A)의 확대도, 제3도는 똑같이 둥근표시가 된 부분(A)의 확대 평면도.
Claims (4)
- 입자상흡착제를 밀봉공간내에 층상으로 체류시키는 체류공정과, 토출구가 상기 입자상흡착제층내로 연장되는 노즐로부터 원료혼합가스를 토출하여 혼합가스속의 흡착이 수월한 가스를 입자상 흡착제에 흡착시켜서 흡착이 어려운 가스를 남기는 흡착분리공정과, 상기 층상으로 저장된 입자상흡착제를 상기 밀봉공간과는 별개의 밀봉 공간내로 서서히 이동시키는 이동공정과, 상기 별개의 밀봉공가내에 있어서 입자상 흡착제로부터 흡착이 수월한 가스를 밀착시켜서 입자상 흡착제를 재생하는 탈착재생공정과, 재생된 입자상흡착제를 상기 체류공정으로 되돌리는 반송공정을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합가스 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 별개의 밀봉공간이 가열 및 감압되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합가스 분리방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 원료혼합가스가 미리 압축기에 의하여 가입되어 있으며 상기 별개의 밀봉공간이 상기 압축기의 압축열을 이용하여 가열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합가스 분리방법.
- 입자상흡착제를 내장하는 흡착탑과, 입자상흡착제의 재생수단과, 원료혼합가스를 상기 흡착탑에 도입하는 혼합가스공급수단과, 혼합가스로 부터 분리된 가스를 도출하는 도출수단을 구비한 혼합가스 분리장치에 있어서, 상기 흡착탑내에 간막이선반이 설치되고 그 위에 입자상흡착제가 상승가스와 향류접촉하면서 층상으로 저장되어 서서히 다음공정으로 이동하게 되어 있으며 이 간막이선반의 하측 흡착탑부분에 상기 혼합가스 공급수단의 선단이 접속되고, 상기 재생수단과 흡착탑 사이에 재생흡착제 반송수단이 설치되고 상기 간막이선반에는 혼합가스토출용의 노즐이 설치되어 있는 동시에 입자상흡착제를 서서히 아래로 흐르게하기 위한 유하구멍이 설치되고 상기 노즐의 선단개구부는 상기 입자상흡착제의 층내에 위치결정되는 동시에 입자상흡착제의 핌입방지가 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합가스 분리장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
