제2도는 본 발명에 따른 열전도성 부재를 사용한, 제1도에 도시된 장치에 사용하기 위한 흡착 용기의 개략도이며,
제3도는 제2도의 Ⅲ-Ⅲ선 단면도이다.
Claims (10)
- 분리할 개스 혼합물을, 개스 혼합물중의 적어도 한 성분을 우선적으로 또는 더욱 신속히 흡착할 수 있는 흡착제의 층(34) 상부에 공급하고, 상기 개스 혼합물을 상기 층(34)을 통하여 상부로부터 기저부로 흐르게 함으로써 개스 혼합물중의 적어도 한 성분을 우선적으로 또는 더욱 신속히 흡착시키고, 감압에서 흡착제로부터 개스를 탈착시키고 이러한 탈착된 개스를 상기 층(34)으로부터 상기 공급 개스의 흐름에 대해 향류적으로 흐르게 하여 상기 층(34)을 재생시킴으로써, 이러한 흡착 및 탈착 단계를 반복 수행할 때, 상기 층(34)의 기저부 또는 기저부 근처의 최대온도 영역과 상기 층(34)의 상부 근처의 최소온도 영역간에 온도차가 생기고, 상기 층(34)내의 적어도 하나의 가늘고 긴 부재(42)내에 보유된 액체매질을 통한 상기 최대온도 영역으로부터 상기 최소온도 영역으로의 대류에 의해 열이 전도되는, 압력 가변식 흡착(pressure swing adsorption)에 의해 개스 혼합물을 분리하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액체 매질이 물인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 물중에 물의 빙점을 강하시키는 물질이 용해되어 있는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액체 매질이 0℃ 미만의 빙점을 갖는 유기 액체인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 가늘고 긴 부재(42)가 그의 양단부가 폐쇄되어 있는 곧은 실린더인 방법.
- 공급개스 혼합물을 위한 상부에 위치한 유입구(26) ; 비흡착 개스를 위한 기저부에 있는 유출구(28) ; 및 운전시에 액체 매질을 통한 기저부 또는 기저부 근처의 최대온도 영역으로부터 상부 근처의 최소온도 영역으로의 대류에 의해 열이 전도될 수 있도록 흡착제 층(34)내에 배치되어 있는, 액체 매질을 함유하는 적어도 하나의 가늘고 긴 열전도성 부재(42)를 가지며, 분리할 개스 혼합물중의 한 성분을 우선적으로 또는 더욱 신속히 흡착할 수 있는 흡착제의 층(34)을 함유하는 적어도 하나의 용기(20)를 포함하는, 개스 혼합물을 분리하기 위한 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 액체 매질이 물인 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 물중에 물의 빙점을 강하시키는 물질이 용해되어 있는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 액체 매질이 0℃ 미만의 빙점을 갖는 유기 액체인 장치.
