Abstract
이 식기세정건조기는 대향하는 발광소자(20)와 수광소자(21)과를 갖는 광센서(18)에 의해 세정수의 광투과도를 검지하고, 검지된 세정수의 광투과도의 변화에 기초항 세정, 헹굼, 배수의 각 공정을 제어하는 세정기에 사용되는 것이며, 광센서(18)의 감도를 일정 감도가 되도록 보정해서 발광소자(20)에 흐르는 전류를 설정하고, 그후 세정동작을 개시하는 것으로서, 배수후 다음의 급수동작을 개시하고 나서, 일정시간 이내에 소정의 수위에 도달하면, 전회의 세정수가 남아있는 것으로 보고, 광센서(18)의 감도조정을 행하지 않고, 발광소자(20)에 표준 전류를 흘리도록 설정해서 세정동작을 개시하고 발광소자(20) 수광소자(20)의 특성의 불규일에 세정상태가 영향을 받지 않게 되어 있으며, 또 세정수의 남은 물이 있어도 세정효과는 영향을 받지 않는 세정기의 제어장치이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 실시예에 관한 식기세정건조기의 단면도. 제2도는 제1도중 A-A선 단면도. 제3도는 본 발명의 실시예에 관한 식기세정건조기의 제어 블록도.
Claims (4)
- 대향하는 발광소자(20)과 수광소자(21)를 갖는 광센서(18)에 의해 세정수의 광투과도를 검지하고, 검지된 세정수의 광투과도의 변화에 기초해서 세정, 헹굼, 배수의 각 공정을 제어하는 세정기의 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 발광소자(20)에 흐르는 전류를 제어하는 전류제어부(37)과, 수광소자(21)이 소정의 경우에 일정한 수광량을 검지하고 있는가 어떤가를 판단하는 판단부(38)과, 판단부(38)에 의해 수광소자(21)이 일정한 수광량을 검지하고 있지 않다고 판단된 때에는 일정한 수광량을 검지하도록 발광소자(20)에 흐르는 전류를 제어하는 발광보정부(39)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 세정기의 제어장치.
- 대향하는 발광소자(20)과 수광소자(21)과를 갖는 광센서(18)에 의해 세정수의 광투과도를 검지하고, 검지된 세정수의 광투과도의 변화에 기초해서 세정, 헹굼, 배수의 각 공정을 제어하는 세정기의 제어장치에 있어서, 세정조(3)내의 수위가소정의 수위에 도달했는가 아닌가의 판단을 하는 수위스위치(27)과, 급수동작 후 일정시간내에 수위스위치(27)의 출력이있는가 어떤가를 판정하는 수단과, 발광소자(20)의 표준전류치를 기억하는 메모리(35)와, 수광소자(21)이 일정한 수광량을 검지하고 있는가 아닌가를 판단하여 수광소자(21)이 일정한 수광량을 검지하고 있지 않다고 판단된 때에는 일정한 수광량을 검지하도록 발광소자(20)에 흐르는 전류를 제어하는 발광보정부(39)와, 급수동작후 일정시간내에 수위스위치(27)의 출력이 없으면, 발광보정부(39)의 보정결과를 채용하고, 급수동작 후, 일정시간내에 수위스위치(27)의 출력이 있으면,발광보정부(39)에 의한 보정을 행하지 않고, 또는 보정한 결과를 채용하지 않고, 메모리(35)에 기억된 전류를 발광소자(20)에 흐르게 하도록 제어하는 정전류부(40)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 세정기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일정시간이 세정조(3)내가 빈상태로부터 급수해서 소정의 수위에 도달하기까지의 시간 T0보다도 짧게 설정된 일정의 시간 T1인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일정시간이 광센서(18)의 설치장소에 수면이 있는 상태로부터 급수해서 소정의 수위에 도달하기까지의시간 T2인 것을 특징으로 하는 세정기의 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
