Abstract

본 발명은, 고속 프린터와 같은 화상 기록장치의 가열 용작장치내의 로울러(90)가 다음 일반식의 반복단위를 가지는 사디리 구조로 된 폴리실록산 수지로 되는 얇은 표면층(91)를 갖도록 하고 있다:
상기 측쇄기 R1로서는, 페닐 및 메틸기의 혼합물이 바람직하다. 표면층(91)은 토너 이형성을 가지고 있어서, 용융 화상 도너는 부착하지 않는다. 또한 이 층은 내열 및 내마모성이 있다.

화상 기록장치용 로울러 및 이 로울러의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 전자사진 화상 형성장치의 개략 단면도이고, 제2도는 상기 장치의 가열 로울러의 원주방향 단면도이고, 제3도는 지지 로울러에 적합한 제2 실시태양의 로울러의 원주방향 단면도이고, 제4도는 로울러의 제1 도포방법을 보여주며, 제5도는 로울러의 제2 도포방법을 보여준다.

Claims (9)

  1. 화상 기록장치의 토너 가열 용착장치의 로울러(90,190)에 있어서, 그의 외면(91,191)이 다음 일반식으로 표시되는 반복 단위를 가지며, 사다리 구조로 된 폴리실록산 수지로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로울러:
    (단, 상기 식에서, R1은 상호 같거나 또는 다를 수 있는 측쇄기 이다.)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 측쇄기 R1이 수소, 페닐 또는 C1~C10인 알킬인 것을 특징으로 하는 로울러.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 측쇄기 R1의 적어도 반이 페닐 및 C1~C10인 알킬중에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 로울러.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 측쇄기 R1의 전부 페닐 및 C1~C10인 알킬중에서 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 로울러.
  5. 제2항, 제3항 및 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 C1~C10인 알킬이 메틸인 것을 특징으로 하는 로울러.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리실록산 수지가 로울러 기재(92;192;193)위에 표면층(91;191)을 형성하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 로울러.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 표면층(91,191)의 두께가 5 내지 60㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 로울러.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 로울러 기재(92)가, 그 위에 표면층(91)이 형성되어 있는 금속외면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 로울러.
  9. 제6항 또는 제 7항에 있어서, 로울러 기재(192,193)가, 그 위에 표면층(191)이 형성되어 있는 탄성체 외면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 로울러.
